Elliot was on hand to try and resolve a couple of issues relating to both The ELMS and WEC which I had complicated by booking elements across different logins.

Fast and responsive staff to all my emails.
However, I was a little disappointed that I made a wrong seat choice and emailed Silverstone to inform them what I had mistakenly done, to be told it would cost me an additional £100 to change seats to sit with family & friends after spending over £1750, in the same stand.

I had made a mistake when booking F1 tickets for 2027. I contacted Silverstone by email immediately. They responded very quickly and advised what I need to do. I was very impressed with the efficiency of how the matter was dealt with. Problem has now been resolved.

Fantastic Nicky
I had issues booking my tickets for the F1 and emailed the helpdesk and got a call virtually by return to secure my tickets. There were some IT Tech issues but this is an incredibly popular event, so not surprising. I am truly so very grateful to Nicky at the help desk who helped me to secure my tickets, and phoned me twice / emailed me to resolve. Above and beyond the call if duty- Thank you so much

We attended the ELMS race and were dissapointed
We attended the ELMS race recently and stayed at the Ridings campsite. The campsite was difficult to find as there were no location details on the Silverstone website that we could find, no Sat Nav post code given and no road signage.
In our opinion the number of toilets and showers provided on the campsite were inadequate for the number of people staying at the camp site leading to queues in the morning.
The was no printed program available for the event and minimal event information on the website. So, it was difficult to follow the races as we had no idea who we were watching.
Hopefully Silverstone will improve the 'experience' for the next ELMS race.

We would like to clarify that our team did respond to your enquiries in a timely manner and explained that, due to our insurance policies, our Drive experiences are only available to participants aged 18 and over. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to offer a professional driver experience for a 13-year-old.
We appreciate that this may not have been the answer you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for any frustration or disappointment this has caused. We hope you understand that these age restrictions are in place due to our insurance requirements and are not something our team is able to make exceptions to.
