Had to contact them after purchasing F1 tickets, their confirmation email doesn't tell you what you've purchased like it did for 2026 tickets, they say it's a glitch it's not it's a bid more than that, I'm sure I wasn't the only one to have to confirm what I purchased. Stil, they got back to me super quick even if I'm dubious of their reasons.

Excellent customer service
We had a problem getting to the venue on the day due to transport issues. Luckily I had taken out cancellation insurance and Silverstone refunded me the cost of the drive experience without any hesitation. I will be rebooting the experience for a later date

Great customer servIce
In buying tickets for Silverstone somehow I bought 14 instead of 7. I didn’t realise until I received the receipt and then had a panic as I believe there were no refunds. However I contacted customer services straight away who sorted it all out for me and are refunding the extra 7.

Payment issue
I had an issue trying to pay for tickets with my card so emailed and asked for a call to pay directly. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a call within 2 hours of my request.
Turned out that it was my fault and not a Silverstone issue.

The experience is perfect for a supercar and single sitter
The experience is perfect for a racing enthusiast. As a birthday gift from the BEST girlfriend ever it was jaw dropping(she didnt make me write that).
Driveing 3 stupidly fast super cars around a part of Silverstone is awesome. The instructors ride along with you but dont think they will slow you down if anything they really help you stay in the racing line and with braking. All the staff in general were very helpful and accommodating. I only did 3 laps in each car and would have done 50 if I could but then again buy your own and drive it as much as you want. As well as the cars I also got to try there versions of an F4 car that is not as fast but fast enough. It felt a little like driveing a gokart on steroids and is a must if you go to Silverstone. If you're tihnikg should you do this experiance or not, I can only say, YES, GO!

Silverstone The Ridings Campsite Review - ELMS weekend.
We attended the ELMS 2026 race recently and stayed at the Ridings campsite having previously stayed for ELMS 2025.
Camping was available from Thursday midday to Monday and had onsite catering, bar toilets and showers.
Did feel this year the number of toilets and showers on the campsite weren't enough for all the people staying. Sunday evening after the race catering and bar had packed up and left. Toilets were overflowing, soap dipensers empty, no paper and didnt see anyone coming in to improve facilities until we left monday. It had rained so grass and mud in facilities unavoidable but if they stay open till monday then they should be looked after until then. Definitely gone downhill since last year and needs improvement if we are to return.

We understand how disappointing this would have been, particularly when the campsite remained open until Monday.

We’re also sorry that your overall experience this year left you feeling that the campsite had gone downhill.
