Always super helpful
Always had such a great experience with the team at Silverstone. I had some queries and ticket questions and requests, so I asked hoping I would get an answer. Within 24 hours Elliot was quick to respond last year and this year Nicky was just as swift. Both dealt with everything I wanted and solved all my problems. Thanks. 🙏🏻

Completely ruined two boys birthday by cancelling the event and emailing the wrong address. No phone call nothing I am furious with the incompetence of the customer services. We travelled a long way and didn't even offer us an alternative event on the day just nothing. When writing they just said you can book in the next 12 months. No mention of the costs incurred for this experience nor an apology. For the price I expect a lot better.

I made a mistake with my Booking I felt under pressure with only five minutes to do my booking and I couldn’t actually choose what I wanted straight away so I put a ticket in and Ellie sorted it out for me within 24 hours. I was happy with my purchase, she was excellent thank you very much, Ellie.

I purchased a concert ticket for the…Robbie Williams opening the start of the British Grand Prix
I purchased a concert ticket for the start of the British F1 Grand Prix for next year for the one and only Robbie Williams
Bonus also because I’ve always had a interest in F1 and when our Son was a professional go-karter in Europe , we had the great pleasure of meeting quite a lot of the F1 drivers past and present and some who was actually racing with our son and is now part of the F1 family
Due to complication health problems I have to always have a companion with me , just in case I had a problem !! I emailed Silverstone , with all the information they asked for and with 24 hours they emailed me and said that they have isssued me a free of charge a plus one ticket to match mine

They reply, on the time when they say they were going to reply.
They consider my honest mistake and refunded my purchase when they were not oblied to do so.

On electronically booking F1
On electronically booking, parking options weren't clear, but on emailing the enquiries email the staff were very efficient and got my booking properly sorted out very quickly. Overall I was very happy with the service provided.
