Our stores are all about great foot healthcare and we have three key areas in-store to support our customers needs:
1) Our Footwear Department - featuring some of Europe’s leading footwear brands, such as Hush Puppies, Josef Seibel, Rieker, Joya and our own WideFit+, Elite and Shuropody ranges designed in conjunction with our senior podiatry team.
2) Our Exclusive Footcare Department - this department offers a wide range of services and products from our 3D digital foot scanning equipment service, FootBalance, which delivers totally customised insoles while you're in-store, to our great range of off-the shelf orthotics, creams and foot lotions etc.

Three month wait!
Help desk while polite and quick to respond to our enquiries we still had to wait over 3 months for the order to be fulfilled. Initially my wife wanted 1 pair of blue and one pair of red. Eventually after checking your web site we changed it to two blue pairs and the order was fulfilled. It seemed impossible for your organisation to tell us you didn't have blue pairs in stock.

We had a recent warehouse move and unfortunately, as mentioned via email the stock for your order got lost in the move. We then had to reorder from the suppliers which is why it took so long so we do apologize for the inconvenience that this caused you and your wife.

Waited 2 months but nothing arrived!
I ordered boots in mid November but it's now mid January and no boots have arrived. Lots of promises from them but nothing received so I have now asked for my money back, which they have had all this time. I have not received an apology.
Apology now received and refund promised.

Love their boots but hate the delivery service.
Thank goodness I paid through PayPal otherwise I’m sure I wouldn’t have got my money back.
After four weeks I contacted them and they were unhelpful so I raised a dispute with PP.
Liberty Wide Fit Women's Faux Fur Boot Ordered in black as I loved the tan ones, which I’d bought in Debenhams sale the previous year.

Bought a couple of other pairs of boots…
Bought a couple of other pairs of boots - good service in past. Disappointed this time - paid £55 arrived with a reduced to £14 - I did contact customer services and they kindly refunded the difference. It just made me disappointed that no one bothered to check the order and package - at least take the reduced sticker off before posting! Won’t put me off buying again as customer services sorted it out.

I'm pleased to hear you're happy with the items ordered and that they arrived in good timing.
We do apologize for the sale label being attached to the boots, we've made sure the warehouse manager is aware of this so this can be looked into.
With the stores closing last year a lot of the stock has been took to the warehouse to be sold online and unfortunately, some of it will be clearance stock.
The warehouse send out 100s of parcels a day and unfortunately, just aren't able to check inside every single parcel but I can assure you after speaking with the warehouse manager this is something they're now looking into.
I'm glad the customer service team resolved this for you though :)

Scammers
Avoid, avoid, avoid like the plague!!!! Ordered three pairs of boots on 24.11.24 ( Black FridayDeal) costing £135.00. Money was taken from my credit card immediately on placing the order however no email confirmation or the goods was ever received. I have emailed repeatedly ( no response) and tried to ring customer services numerous times. Shuropody are in liquidation and their website should be shutdown.

Firstly, I'm really sorry that you had a negative experience us!
I can see that all your items have been shipped and via the tracking can see they have been delivered, I appreciate some were shipped late due warehouse issues and I'm really sorry for any inconvenience the delay caused.
Just to reassure you, I can confirm that Shuropody did go into liquidation but this was for the physical stores only - this does not effect our online website or online sales.
I have had a look at our emailing system and am unable to see any emails from you - this could be why you never received a response. I've tested the contact form and email address which is working as normal so I'm unsure why they didn't come through.
I've made IT aware so they can look into this to see if there's any potential problems.
Once again I apologize for the delay in shipping your orders but I'm pleased they did arrive with you once shipped.

Order hasn't arrived
I ordered some boots 4 weeks ago, nothing has arrived and I haven't heard anything. I can't find anything to track the order. My money was taken at the ordering stage. An email update about the delay would have been better than nothing.
I did receive that order very promptly so I decided to order again, this is the order I'm still waiting for, 2 months later. I have emailed directly and was told you were behind due to a warehouse move and extra resources were in place to get orders dispatched. Still waiting.

Your customer service is dreadful, never answer your phone or emails. I have now been waiting 5days for an address to return a pair of boots which are too big.
Tomorrow will be 6th day. Invoice has No address on it. SS

I've had a look at your emails and can see we've replied to each of your emails within 24 hours however, on some you've responded with the same reply multiple times.
This leads me to believe that maybe you're not receiving the emails correctly? They could be in your spam folder.
I can see though that this has now been resolved and the order has been refunded.
I appreciate if you've not received the emails that the service won't have looked great to you so if you would like me to forward screenshots of our replies with timestamps we're more than happy to do this - just pop us an email and we'll send them over.

No customer service whatsoever
No customer service whatsoever. I've had to get PayPal involved to find my parcel. It's taken a month for it to be delivered. I started asking for a refund 2 weeks ago. Nobody has communicated with me at all.
