DO NOT BUY
Wish I had read all the reviews here before ordering! Money taken from my bank on 1/4 and still no delivery. Im £300 out of pocket and now overdue with my medication!! As other have stated they’re quick to answer some of your issues however when it comes to delivery details or getting a refund I now have radio silence.
BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

But you can look back at my account....it's the 3rd time my money was taken out the account and the medication didn't follow immediately as I would expect. Also found it impossible to get to speak with a person. It really was shocking service. Have cancelled my subscription and have gone elsewhere

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Provided incorrect tracking information and then magically gave me another one with a dark blurred pic as “proof” of delivery.
I even provided evidence from my ring doorbell that no one attempted delivery or left calling cards.
Still awaiting on a resolution and I am now £300 out of pocket with no product:
In response to your response and for future customers who ma be ordering, the team only “reached out” to me after I had sent several emails and made several calls over the course of nearly a week. Only to get a cursory email response today saying that the investigation process will take up to 10 days and basically I am to wait until that’s done before I either get a refund or replacement. This is wholly unacceptable when I am out of pocket by £300 with no access to my medication and am now overdue. I don’t have access to another £300 to just go somewhere else. You have left me completely in limbo with a prescription only medication.
As a regular subscription customer that has never had this issue before until YOU changed the courier this is totally unfair.

Extremely poor experience over the last few months. No coordination between their website account and what actually happens in terms of the deliveries. No way to contact them directly and have issues resolved asap - and there were many issues each month! Also no proper, regular reviews of doses and responses take too long. Even sold us a mounjaro pen that doesn’t work and then 5 days after complaining wrote an email to us saying to go complain to the manufacturer, as they can’t help!

Never received the item due to transport issues and it going back to send a drip request requested the item or a refund email communication is poor still not receive refund or pen from when I ordered two weeks and counting

Although you approved my order, it took more than a week to receive my prescription. However, when I did query the delay, it was shipped with immediately. An apology would have gone a long way.
