Shuropody started looking after customers' foot healthcare back in 2007 - fast-forward to 2022 and we are now the UK's largest podiatry business with over 100 podiatry clinics across over 40 stores and we are proud to look after more than 300,000 patients that visit our stores and clinics every year.

At Shuropody we are really passionate about great foot healthcare because we know that our feet are the most used and abused part of our body. We also know the average person will, in their lifetime, walk the distance equal to walking around the world five times! We also know that we have 26 bones, 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments in these incredible feet, so that’s why we are so passionate about delivering great foot healthcare to all our customers.

Our 120+ fully qualified HCPC registered Podiatrists offer great foot healthcare service everyday, in every store, from free foot health checks to soothing foot baths to detailed biomechanical assessments and we can absolutely say that no other footwear retailer in the UK can offer its customers this level of footcare services - we are the UK's No.1 for outstanding footcare service.

Our stores are all about great foot healthcare and we have three key areas in-store to support our customers needs:

1) Our Footwear Department - featuring some of Europe’s leading footwear brands, such as Hush Puppies, Josef Seibel, Rieker, Joya and our own WideFit+, Elite and Shuropody ranges designed in conjunction with our senior podiatry team.

2) Our Exclusive Footcare Department - this department offers a wide range of services and products from our 3D digital foot scanning equipment service, FootBalance, which delivers totally customised insoles while you're in-store, to our great range of off-the shelf orthotics, creams and foot lotions etc.

3) Our Podiatry Clinics - we have over 100 of them now, all staffed by HCPC registered podiatrists who deliver a great range of foot healthcare services to hundreds of thousand of patients every year

You have asked for me to be honest so I…

You have asked for me to be honest so I will be!
Absolutely appalling service for 3 weeks you left me in the dark regarding my order. When I tried contacting you and EVENTUALLY someone replied saying the order was delayed due to a recent move to a new warehouse. I was then told by the same person that my shoes would be sent out as a priority! Fast forward to nearly a week later and I had to contact you via your website AGAIN to see where my order was. My questions to you are:
1. Why did you not think to put something on your website about delays due to a new warehouse
2. Why has it taken several emails, the final one DEMANDING my money back, before my shoes were delivered!!!
I will NEVER EVER buy from you again. Appalling customer care not even a discount for causing such stress and as for not having the shoes for the special occasion let’s not even go there! You should be ashamed of yourselves

Good customer services shame I only received 1 pair of sandals

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals in the sale. 1 pair on time. unfortunately it has the security tag still on it. I waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing about the other pair. I contacted customer services who quickly replied saying the warehouses had moved and they were behind with orders. Over a week later I contacted customer services again to say I still hadn't had them. There response was quick and polite, they were no longer in stock and I would get a refund. I looked on your website to see if there was another sandal I could order. The out of stock sandals were still showing they were in stock only size 4 out of stock. I wanted a 6 maybe a size 5. I responded to customer services who said they would look into the website being updated.

Shoes delivered are lost and no-one…

Shoes delivered are lost and no-one from Customer Services team has replied to my emails, the telephone number does not work! They have charged me and not refunded for the lost shoes. I have placed an order for other shoes which have still not arrived after several weeks! This is a dodgy company - never order from them!!

Shuropody's website is very clear and…

Shuropody's website is very clear and styles are great. With age my feet have become not the easiest to find footwear for, but Shuropody's shoes/sandals are always so comfortable - I just love wearing them and I also get compliments.

First time I've ordered of this…

First time I've ordered of this company, the worst one yet. I ordered 3 pairs of moccasins, for presents, got an email saying on their way, then another email saying one pair on its way, another email saying 2 refunded?? Customer services apologised, saying out of stock. I went back to website, and there they were, in stock?? Now no time to reorder, wasted all my time. Very disappointed. No presents to take now.

Exactly what I wanted & great service

Great first order experience . I bought a pair of slippers which are well made of quality fabric & matched the description on the website . Very comfortable , cosy and supportive. The parcel was well packaged and arrived promptly. I would definitely purchase again from this business
