Our stores are all about great foot healthcare and we have three key areas in-store to support our customers needs:
1) Our Footwear Department - featuring some of Europe’s leading footwear brands, such as Hush Puppies, Josef Seibel, Rieker, Joya and our own WideFit+, Elite and Shuropody ranges designed in conjunction with our senior podiatry team.
2) Our Exclusive Footcare Department - this department offers a wide range of services and products from our 3D digital foot scanning equipment service, FootBalance, which delivers totally customised insoles while you're in-store, to our great range of off-the shelf orthotics, creams and foot lotions etc.
3) Our Podiatry Clinics - we have over 100 of them now, all staffed by HCPC registered podiatrists who deliver a great range of foot healthcare services to hundreds of thousand of patients every year

Easy to put on
The shoes were for my mom who thinks they're really comfy and with the side zip easy to put on. We were kept informed of delivery which was great.

Was sent an odd pair of shoes
Was sent an odd pair of shoes. Not only were they different sizes they were also different styles. Not ideal when they have been brought as a gift. Very disapointed

I had feet problems

Never received my boots and chasing my refund
Ordered a pair of boots that didn't arrive. Emailed after a few weeks to ask what the problem was and was told they had stock issues. Weeks later, on Christmas Eve, I just got an email saying the order had been cancelled. No refund has been paid back to me and there is no contact number. I'll NEVER use this company again, and now the stress of getting my money back.

Bought a pair of boots for£35. When they came they had staining on both boots and had a sale label saying £14.
Didn't get back to me in time to resolve before Christmas.
Currently trying to order me a 15% refund on a pair of boots they didn't sell for £14!
Don't buy from them!

This is the 2nd pair I’ve purchased for my partner, the last time was from a physical shop in Widnes’s, Cheshire now unfortunately well gone 😔 excellent slippers last pair are 5 years old, let’s hope these last as long 😊

The boots I ordered are excellent quality, they look fab and they were very comfortable from the first time wearing them.
I also had a superb customer service experience, receiving a reply and and quick fix to my pricing query.
