First class webstore.
The website has a great range of products and plenty of info to make a selection. The prices are some of the lowest I've seen online. And best of all the customer service and communications is first class. The real measure of a great online webstore is how they respond when things don't go as planned. Through no fault of UK EV Installers my order was delayed slightly by the manufacturer but UK EV Installers were brilliant at chasing and keeping me up-to-date. First class! Would recommend and use again.

Hi, thanks for leaving us a review. I went back and looked at your order history to see where we failed. We missed an email asking for next day delivery, and though we achieved that we didn’t reply to you, so please accept our apologies. I hope that our other reviews which often mention good comms will give you confidence that this was a one-off.
