The personal that helped me through the process were very honest and helpful it was easy. I switched over the same day.

Promised a reward for my time, then lied about it.I switched from TriEagle Energy after a year of high rates. They then asked me to do a 15-minute exit survey, promising a $10 virtual gift card by email after Sept 1st. I took the time to do it, but the reward never arrived. When I called customer service today, they admitted they see that I completed the survey, but claim they have no record of the promised $10 gift card. It is a scam to trick former customers into giving free data. Absolutely dishonest and terrible business ethics.

TriEagle is a scam.
I was happy with my last electric company, but I spoke to someone with TriEagle and they talked me into switching with them because they promised me a cheaper rate. As soon as I switched to TriEagle my electric bill has been much higher than my previous electric company, I guess they have hidden fees they don't disclose with you. I switched back to my old provider and my bill has been much cheaper than TriEagle.

The agent that assisted me with Tri agent — Mccalister was AMAZING. He was funny and explained their whole plan to me . Never got frustrated and made everything easier.

They are just a very accommodating company and I don’t know how they could get any better.

This company is a rip off lie to you on rates !!!!! Stay away from them if you like paying high rates !!!!!!

Great experience. I had no lights because of an outage. But center point came out to fix it but everyone in my building had lights but me and my lights was out since Tuesday morning. Keep going back and forth to the office it wasn’t on them. Call back center point they found the issue I had to contact the light company gave them the information they gave me and the lady that help me did a wonderful job. I was so blessed to get her. Thanks again for all you did.
