Attention TikTok je viens de me faire arnaquer, je n’ai pas reçu le colis dans ma boîte aux lettres, j’ai écrit à TikTok et il me disent que ma réclamation ne sera pas prise en compte

TikTok are scammers. Returned all items and they say that two of the items did not arrive. They were all shipped to me and returned to TikTok in the same bag. So, unless the guy who processed my EVRI return at the corner shop took my mini gym shorts, I’m gonna guess TikTok are crooks. This 1* review won’t even cause any harm to TikTok as they clearly don’t care. At the very least, use PayPal going forward so you can raise a case and get your money back.

I bought 2 cellphones in TikTok shop at the Refreshed TechUS store on July 8, 2026, the two phones come with scratches on screen and for that I returned at the Refreshed TechUS on July 12, 2026 today is August 19, 2026 and my money back isn’t in my account and nobody respond for that.

Colis jamais reçu, quand on contacte le service client ils refusent de nous rembourser et AUCUNE solution n’est trouvée hormis un bon d’achat de 2,80€ pour une commande à 40€.

Item brought never arrived and they just claimed it's delivered and refuse refund or help me any further. Avoid at all cost and dont buy from this scam of a shop!!

I ordered some aftershave on 7th of august and said would arrive the 10th and it never came it i messaged tiktok and they said i can cancel item and if it arrives i can keep it so i requested to cancel and it was rejected they came back and said evri has item but on evri it says awiting courier to collect still no updates ill never buy from tiktok again after being treated like this id ordered 2 other parcels and they were delivered next day it states 2 day delivery

Colis déclaré livré mais pas reçu ma commande malgré que le livreur déclare s être trompé de boîte postale avec photo à l’appui.
Au final remboursement refusé

Due acquisti pagati e dopo alcuni giorni dicono che l ordine e stato annullato e il rimborso avverrà fra 15 giorni. Altri acquisti fatti in precedenza dicono consegnati ma mai arrivati. Non acquisterò Più da questi truffatori

I did a order with them for some color wow products they was on sale and you know how expensive they can be so all of the products I ordered came except for one product I don’t know what was going on but it kept saying shipping delayed so I kept waiting and after a week I contacted TikTok and the seller about my order and they automatically approved me a refund and this was almost 2 weeks ago I still have not received my money am getting upset know because when they took my money they got it right then and there and know I have to wait ages for my money that I need back right know it don’t make sense that it takes that long for a refund for a product they probably didn’t even send out be careful ordering off there and expecting a refund quickly it’s not gonna happen

Attention, ce site ne vérifie pas du tout les commerçants et ne vous réponds pas en cas d'arnaque, ce qui est très souvent le cas. Rien à voir avec temu qui est beaucoup plus sérieux.

NO COMPREN AQUÍ, llevo 18 días intentando hacer una devolución de algo que no era lo que vendían. Nada más llegar el paquete les escribí para hacer la devolución y me han estado dando largas cada día, con que tengo que esperar 48 h, y ahora ya me dicen que mi plazo ha pasado 🤬. Unos sinvergüenzas el que vende por enviar algo que no es y tiktok como plataforma por no ayudar al cliente. Un horror!!! la ansiedad que estoy teniendo por su culpa ya que no es algo económico.

Plusieurs commande à mon actif aucun soucis, mais le jour ou une de vos commande n’est pas dans votre boîte au lettre mais que c’est marquer livrer aucun remboursement aucun renvoi aucun geste en plus d’une attente interminable. Si vous achetez chez eux soyez près a potentiellement perdre des sous.
