Superb Service
The website is very informative and clear. I had a silentnight diamond natural 1400 pocket mattress from 2015 which has been very good so I bought the current equivalent. This is a great mattress with top grade ingredients. The delivery was excellent, I was well informed and it was completed exactly as ordered, with delivery to room of my choice and removal of old mattress.

customer service is terrible
Have been trying to get a replacement mattress sorted for a few weeks now, had an email back initially about getting a replacement, I replied but have been ghosted since, with no contact about arranging the replacement. I have tried to contact in other ways as well as emailing again amd have not been able to get through at all. Was sat on live chat for over an hour with no response.
