I really love the mattress, relieves my back pain and getting good sleep now. Thank you tempur for delivery in ng it with care

I have had a King Size Tempur Mattress for 8 years how I have stuck it this long is only because of the high cost.
The same effect as a Tempur mattress can be obtain by sleeping on boards.
The Tempur bed frame does not fit the mattress, all in all I can't recommend this product.
If you like a very very hard bed it may be ok for you.
The service from this company is awful

They asked me to contact customer services this I did the same day and guess what happened absolutely nothing. Just give this company a wide berth

I got the cloud pillow soft. I thought I would give it a go from their refurbished section as it gives you 14 days of a free trial. It took a couple of days for me to get used to the new pillow as the previous one was even softer. But now I have no words of the magic I feel every time I lie down. It's the best pillow I have ever had. Never going back to anything else.

I paid a significant amount of money for this mattress after much research and checking with Tempur itself. It was supposed to be a like for like replacement for my last Tempur mattress which I loved for many years.

This mattress is beyond poor quality. I should have known, it was impossible to find a shop near me to try it and I trusted what Tempur told me.

A few months on, I need to start again. I am actually dreading to go to bed as the mattress has given chronic back pain. I wake up each morning in agony. My last mattress was a joy and I thought that the name Tempur meant honesty and quality; I bought what they advised. How wrong I was. The mattress is just a heap of bad quality cheap foam...no NASA research here. Shameful.

I will not be buying Tempur again.

I guess there are few companies that put the customer and the quality of the product safe left in this day and age.

If you are thinking of buying Tempur. First, do a search on the many versions of 'discontinued Tempur mattresses' over the years. It is mind boggling. What possible reason would a company have for changing the names of their products that often?

The base sheet is brilliant and keeps its shape however it is very expensive and hope it keeps its shape for years to come. It’s quite a heavy sheet/feel - i would have given 5 stars but it’s pricey so 1 star taken off.

Isn't as supportive for the neck as described. Was ok for the first month. Still waking up with neck pain again. The cooling isn't the same as it was either. Was perfect when new. Not the same after a month of use.

I would always wake up with back , neck and shoulder pain. Since having the pillow all of that is gone, I wake up very rested and pain free. On top of it, the pillow is extremely comfortable. I wish I have bought it earlier.

After experiencing some issues with a well-known retailer, whose salesman seemed not to know which products were supplied by his company, I decided to go straight to Tempur.
Originally, having been into a shop, using their facilities to try out mattresses, I felt it only fair to buy from them. I would have done so if it were not for the cack-handedness of the salesman who answered my call when I telephoned to make my purchase.
You can shop around and get some discounted prices for the mattress we chose but we didn't pay for delivery, didn't have to pay for our old mattress taking away for proper recycling and we received a free high tech mattress protector that the retailer was going to charge us £150 for. In the end, it was slightly cheaper for us to buy straight from Tempur and the test period terms are much better, in my opinion.
Communication was excellent and, best of all, we took delivery of our mattress within three days, over the bank holiday, whereas it would have been a few week's wait with the retailer.

Sadly this pillow didn’t suit me and I had to return it. I was very impressed with Customer Services, and in particular Nikita, as for once it was a department that offered an excellent service. Paperwork was sent to me, return postage was free and the refund was made to my bank promptly. Well done.

I have purchased a mattress and pillow. Both are excellent quality and extremely comfortable.

My local stockist had a good selection of Tempur mattresses in various firmnesses. Ordering was easy, I was kept informed of the order progress and the mattress was delivered on time. The mattress is extremely comfortable and the cover easy to remove for washing. I also purchased two Tempur pillows for a dreamy sleep experience. Thank you.

Lovely pillow. Material and density is just right. Expensive, but refurb price is very welcome.

Excited to try the Tempur pillow as my old dunlop pillow has given up, so needed to replace it.
We have a Tempur mattress so know how good they the product is.
Unfortunately after two weeks of trying it was not for me, too hard, and gave me neck and shoulder discomfort .
I was unaware you could exchange for a different pillow and try for 2 weeks, and return if unsuitable.

So pleased with my order of Firm Tempur mattresses. Ordering and delivery excellent.

Tempur are the most proven and in my opinion the best mattress company on the market. I have a Tempur mattress and my wife wanted to try one. Tempur arranged for a sleep trial. My wife liked the comfort and support but it wasn’t suitable for other reasons. Tempur are arranging collection and there was no question of an argument the whole process was as it should be.
