Came on time - very comfy and cozy topper!

I purchased a Premier Inn Mattress 2.0 which was delivered on 29th June 2026 after an initial incorrect delivery. Unfortunately, the mattress has serious structural support issues; despite being advertised as "Medium/Firm" with "Zoned Pockets", it sags excessively in the center, causing severe back pain.

I submitted a formal complaint under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requesting a resolution/refund. It has been over 5 working days and despite a follow-up email, I have received zero response from customer service.

Ignoring customer complaints about product faults is unacceptable for a brand of this scale. I expect customer support to contact me immediately to arrange the return and full refund for my order.

Not used yet as it's too hot, but arrived on time, great that it comes in a proper bag so easy to store & keep clean when not in use, sure it will be worth the price

My mattress was not delivered on time but Jolie from customer services arranged another delivery with the courier and also arranged a very generous compensation. Very Friendly and helpful. Thankyou

I tried contacting the customer service team to arrange a return for my mattress because it was not as advertised, but I received no response to my request. I also found it extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service directly. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and based on the poor after-sales support, I won't be shopping here again or buying another silentnight mattress.

Delivery was efficient and on time with good communication throughout. Bed is sturdy and comfortable

The blanket might be good, but it didn't work for us. I bought it for my adult son with autism, hoping the weighted blanket would improve the duration of his sleep, but there was no improvement. However, that might just be our experience; it could work for others.

happy with the mattress and duvet but was not clear when ordering there was only one pillow .delivery men have marked my walls taking my old mattress downstairs hence the 3 stars

I get hot in bed,so I need anything that will keep me cool. These pillows are fantastic for me ; since I've had them,I've slept much better.

Very pleased with our Coolbreeze 2.5 tog summer duvet. It was cheaper to buy direct and excellent quality. I was told it would be delivered in 4 - 5 days but it arrived first thing the day after I ordered it ! Very impressed.
