Very efficient services. The shoes I received are excellent.

Great service from start to finish, booked my consultation with Sue (apologies if ive got that wrong) she was great measured my feet discussed the issues I was having, she recommended me a few different shoes and I purchased a couple of pairs. Really recommend going to see them in Stratford-upon-Avon. Only down side for me it was a 2 hour plus drive each way, however would do it again when I need some more.

Superb.very comfortable

Delivered in time and in perfect condition. Joya shoes excellent quality as usual.

I required wide fitting slippers for my mum, that had adjustable velcro straps. Found a perfect pair at ShoeMed Ltd. They arrived within 2 or 3 days. They fitted perfectly and the colour was a lovely blue. Mum was delighted with them. Good quality and good value for money. Would use this company again.

Easy to navigate website and prompt service

Just received my first order of Joya shoes - extremely comfortable and handsome trainers, they have already brought considerable relief to my long suffering painful feet!

From using the online site, to ordering was very easy to do. Good descriptions of shoes and trainers being sold. The order I placed arrived very quickly.I will order from ShoeMed in the future.

I perched the trainer in the Stratford upon Avon shop the young lady was very helpful understanding my situation as the chemo had damaged my feet finding trainers that were wide enough and the back not too high unfortunately she did not have the couloir I wanted but I was able to pay for the there and have them delivered

Thank you for all good work. The advice you given me is perfect.

Great service and speedy delivery.

Good range of products for wide fitting shoes. My shoes however were too tight and had to return them and the process was fairly simple. However disappointed that I had to pay to return as it makes it so difficult buying shoes as you can’t tell till you try them on at home.

Quick delivery, nicely packaged, trainers exactly as described. Thankyou.
