Didn’t reply to a message left
On receiving the sandals I rang with a query to the store. The call rang, then went to ansaphone. I left a message asking them to ring me. Nobody has returned my call. Not good for a first purchase, maybe a last.

2nd visit to the store
2nd visit to the store, much better experience than first time around. Booking an appointment is a must and key to quality service and easy to do online. The assistant who served me was amazing and helpful measuring and fitting my feet with the right shoes for my condition. Have the best comfy shoes now and able to walk after weeks of declining mobility due to difficult feet. Went for x sensible range. We need a shop like this in every town in my opinion, Happy feet
