Very good service. I needed to buy some shoes for my elderly mother, and getting to the shop for fitting wasn’t an option.
They provided great advice via email, and were quick to provide replacement sizes during the fitting process.

Great analysis of my specific needs. The trainers I bought were the most comfortable shoes have ever worn. I will certainly return when I next need a pair of shoes.

My elderly husband found his black TDO orthopaedic shoes comfortable, but depressing; particularly in fine weather. I enquired about a more cheerful colour that could be worn all year. Unfortunately nothing was available. But the matter didn't end there.

TDO provided a swatch of various brown leathers, from which I chose one; not too light, nor too dark and ordered a new pair of shoes for my husband.

Some weeks later, my husband received his smart, mid-tan shoes at no additional charge. Due to the colour, they look smaller and far less clumpy than black shoes. They make him feel younger! He wears them all the time; but we'll keep the black pair for winter.

We also bought some beige bamboo socks. Like cotton, they are absorbent and not a struggle to put on.

I'm sure that TDO is unable to make a different colour pair of shoes for every customer; but it's a family run business. This allows a level of responsiveness that's unknown in vast conglomerates on the other side of the world. TDO provides an excellent product and service.

NB I'm told men's orthopaedic slippers are now available.

These shoes have made such a difference to my bunion and neuroma. They are so well made and comfortable to wear. The shop is an absolute pleasure to visit and the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. I would never buy shoes anywhere else now.

Super friendly and expert advice. Shoes are really good quality and well made. I have just been back for my second pair as I can't find the same comfortable fit anywhere else.
If you need specialist shoes this is the place to go in my opinion.

Purchased the therapy footwear for my son who has damaged his metatarsal. He found it very supportive in helping him getting back to weight bearing and walking.

Excellent love the new design

Bought black shoes, they were so soft and comfortable with my custom insoles and heel lift. I then ordered boots and mesh shoes. They are a joy to wear after trying to find a rocker sole plus a extra extra wide fitting shoes or boots that can be returned to UK and are just at the end of a phone, if there are problems with the fit.
Can't sing their praises highly enough after having painful feet for a number of years.

The shoes are beautifully made, look great and are so comfortable to wear. The best pair of shoes I have had in years. I shall definitely be purchasing from TDO Therapy Footwear again.

This experience was just as great as the first. Omer rang back in a few minutes when I was unable to reach him. I felt confident dealing with TDO as my first experience was very thorough enabling me to purchase shoes that helped my problems with my feet. I wear orthotics, have bunions and have had surgery on my foot. TDO are totally honest, easy to talk to and, their priority is to find the most comfortable shoe for you. Their communication is very good and there is no question they can't answer! I can't imagine life without them! Thank you Omer and TDO.

As someone who has suffered from RA for many years, I have "got by" for a long time with custom made orthotics in wide fitting shoes at least two sizes bigger than I should wear.
Thanks to TDO I now have a very smart custom made pair of leather trainers that I'm delighted with and I will certainly be back for more!
Omer's knowledge of footwear and biomechanics is extensive and his customer service second to none.
Pricewise, yes they are a little more expensive than the High Street but comparable to high end trainers or other companies offering wider fittings.
Farnham is a lovely little town (even when they are digging up the one way system) and I would thoroughly recommend a visit to the TDO shop for a personal fitting service.

I have a problem with my feet which is ongoing at the moment. Omer has been extremely helpful and communication was excellent.

I had a Lisfranc injury on 09/11 and surgery on 11/11. I was non-weight bearing until the 23rd of December, then walking in a special boot. After that, I started searching for the perfect shoes to walk in again. I tried more than 60 pairs/ brands and thought I had found the right one, but when I went for a walk, I couldn’t walk anymore.
Finally finally I found your shoes!! Omg omg!! Such a lifesaver. I almost don’t have any pain, and I’m rocking in your shoes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this extraordinary creation. I can walk 10,000 steps with no problem.
