I ordered some 3/4 metatarsal insoles, unfortunately when they're in they make my shoes etc too small in length and my toes push against the end. I contacted customer services who were extremely help... Vis mer

I needed insoles. Lots of choice available and excellent quality. It allowed me to buy cheaper deck style shoes for summer and use the orthopaedic insoles for comfort. So much lighter to wear in summ... Vis mer

Excellent service

Excellent service. As a person who has awkward feet and normally would never send away for shoes it was extremely useful to be able to talk to the team (Karen). She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about Plantar Fasciitis.
The trainers are great . They look good and are definitely going to be a help with supporting my feet. The delivery service was fast too.
I would happily buy from them again. Thank you. Jane.

So far so good

I am pleased with the insoles. So far they appear to be helpful with less stress on the balls of my feet. Time will tell if I would award 5*’s.

Ordered an item to be delivered by…

Ordered an item to be delivered by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, but still hasn’t been received by Royal Mail a week after I received an email saying your order has shipped. Needless to say money has been taken from my account

I can confirm your order was despatched the same day the order was placed. Unfortunately, this does seem like it has gone astray in the post. Sadly, this is out of our control, but we will of course help resolve to resolve the matter.
I can see on the system you have already contacted our team, and we confirmed we would send a replacement order at once. This has been done as requested.
It is frustrating when orders aren’t delivered on time, but we have acted swiftly to rectify the matter.

Excellent customer service I ordered some 3/4 metatarsal insoles

I ordered some 3/4 metatarsal insoles, unfortunately when they're in they make my shoes etc too small in length and my toes push against the end. I contacted customer services who were extremely helpful but couldn't really offer a metatarsal alternative. I was going to return them but as they were only £23 and seem to be good quality I have decided to keep them in the hope they might fit in any future footwear I buy

Insole is uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, my daughter finds the product very uncomfortable. It’s expensive to keep trying things. We will probably try getting some made for her. She has standard looking feet, but perhaps over-the counter products are not going to be a solution.

We do have a wide range of insoles in various densities so maybe another product may be more suitable.
Wearing orthotic insoles for the first time can seem uncomfortable as you will not be used to the support. This is quite common but if orthotics are required it is worth persevering.
Perhaps you could contact us directly so we can help resolve the matter.

The insole feels flimsy and not supporting the arch

We are sorry to see your negative review.
We can see you ordered the FootActive Comfort. This is a medium density insole but still has a decent arch support. There is some flex after the arch but this is standard as not to be too rigid whilst walking.
We do have a wide range of insoles in differing densities so another option may be more suitable.

No quibble replacement.

I've used Foot Active for more than a decade and been very happy with their arch supports. As I developed a bit more discomfort than usual and was clearly over-pronating I decided to try the "medical" product rather than "comfort" I had been using. This proved to be a mistake and so I returned the products and they were replaced with no quibble which I am very happy about. But I'll need to get the source of new foot pain checked out!
