Were given 2 for our farm and both shredded not worth the money 1 after one season and the other a half season later save your money and build something proper to long for assembly double their specs vague reply from manufacturer with no real customer service interaction or direction

deux toiles en deux ans, déchirures .J'ai pris contact avec eux. Il ont remplacer une fois. La raison qu'il mon donné pour éviter leurs responsabilités, vis a vis ma demande de remplacement a nouveau d'une toile qui est visiblement de très mauvaise qualité. Est relié a l'achat de mon ensemble il y a deux ans (date d'achat). Donc la toile neuve n'as pas fait deux mois d'hiver. Il m'ont proposer d'acheter une autres toile. Actuellement la toile montre de nombreuse déchirures au niveau supérieur. Dans mon quartier j'ai vu des toiles de shelterlogic avec les mêmes déchirures, que je ne vois pas chez d'autres marques. Avant d'acheter Shelterlogic explorer la qualité de fabrication de leurs toiles.

We purchased a shed from shelter logic on a Friday and received confirmation with order # and invoice #. Said once it’s shipped they would send us tracking number.
When I access my account on shelter logic and click on my orders it takes me to the homepage to shop and does nothing?! I tried chatting with an expert, none was available and said to leave a message. I have left two messages. I sent three emails and I finally got one that said your item has already shipped it is being handled by ABF and will call you before delivery. With some numbers that are not tracking numbers and none of them work on anything. I have tried calling several times to get a different language response and to leave a message because no one is available to help me. People get scammed by big companies often and to not be able to access or get anyone to talk to you, makes you feel Ike you are being scammed. Don’t waste your time fooling with this company. Go buy what you are searching for from somewhere else even if you do have to pay a little extra. Because it’s not worth the headache.

My Shelter Logic is a little over 1.5 years now and one panel started to disintegrate literally. You could see the different panels that make up the shelter and one was absolutely different from the rest, it was a coarser weave, different colour and when it started to tear it was like paper.
The fine folks at ShelterLogic kindly told me the warranty was expired but they could sell me another cover. So they can use defective materials and hope they can get a year out of it and get away with it.
I am terribly disappointed with the product and the company. No more for me.

Almost 3 years ago I purchased the 12x12 corral shelter. I was not able to get the side/back enclosure with it, as they were back ordered at the time. I was very skeptical if it would hold up on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. We get high winds consistently, heavy snow loads, large hail, etc., and absolutely NO wind protection. Followed the easy instructions, everything is made a good quality material. Three years later it's still standing and hasn't faded a bit. I have one small area that is thinning, but beyond that We couldn't have asked for a better shelter. We lease property, so building a permanent shelter is not feasible. We have now purchased 4 of these shelters and recommend them to EVERYONE looking for a temp, but solid shelter. As I mentioned, the side/back enclosures were back ordered when we first purchased, but we used heavy duty tarps, and haven't had a single issue! These are the BEST shelters! I can easily order parts, or a new cover if need be! If you follow the instructions, and ensure they are anchored properly, you will NOT be disappointed! I purchased mine through Amazon, and Tractor Supply. Will be purchasing more in the future.

We recently bought a garage shelter in September/2025. Had it up for not even 3 months and canopy all ripped in half. I contacted them and they would not replace the canopy! No hurricane happened here and they said due to weather conditions they would not cover warranty? Never again will I buy from them as paid over $540.00 and discourage others as well. Would put the pictures of the damage but doesn’t allow me this option. But I did send photos to the company as they say it has a 1 year warranty but they don’t stand behind it. Today is January 19/2026 and I called weeks ago as supposedly customer satisfaction is important to this company? Still no call back as I was told a supervisor would call me? If I could give no stars I would. Today is January 20/2026 finally got a email that they will replace cover and ends free of charge. Now this is customer satisfaction. Thank-you! Shelter Logic.

I purchased the 13’x20’x10’ structure September of 2024, it made it about three months past the warranty period before the “ripstop” tarp split the entire length right down the center of the roof leaving everything exposed to an unusually snowy Wisconsin winter. Now I have to wait two weeks for a $400 replacement cover while my belongings sit out in the elements. Mind you I live in the city so we’re fairly protected from the wind, plus it was protected to the south and west by my shed and a large, thick conifer. Unless you don’t intend to rely on this structure for more than a year or you’re belongings are ok being inundated for a few weeks while you wait for a replacement, I can’t recommend a different solution more.

Excellent customer service from Shelter Logic! I had a small problem with my shed, and after I emailed them, a representative had it resolved by the end of the day. I can't recommend them highly enough for their helpfulness and speed.

My sales rep shipped my order on-time as promised. Unfortunately, the Shipper lost the shipment. Even though it was not ShelterLogic's error Alexa Reynolds in ShelterLogic Customer Service went above and beyond in making it right. I felt valued as a customer and will gladly order from them again with confidence.

Stay away from the Shelterlogic 'garage in a box' product.
The frame is ok, but the tarp is pure rubbish.
I had to buy two tarps within a period of less than 3 years.
Customer service rejected my warranty request.
Their feedback was : '….this is our standard temporary fabric with a limited 1 year warranty'
So the tarp that comes with the shelter in the box is 'temporary'
This is nowhere mentioned, misleading you as a customer.
In this way Shelterlogic tries to stay competitive from a pricing perspective.
Buy another product is my advice.
Update 30.07.2025 :
Shelterlogic reviewed my warranty request and decided to honor it and they did send me a new basic tarp.

Anthony went the "extra mile" to solve my problem and produce a very satisfying resolution! Within 24 hours after contacting him, he researched my product and found the right tires for my Rio Wonder Wheeler Ultra beach cart. He contacted me and we were able to order the correct tires and at a very reasonable price. He was polite, professional and focused on solving my problem and he followed up all within 24 hours.
