What started off a little quirky turned out okay. I used their contact form and the email link on their website, but got no response. When I contacted them again, I was told there was no email from me in their system. So once I repeated my issue and question a third time, a very nice person named 'Lynn' helps me with the issue, gave me the info I needed and placed an order to fix the problem.

Kelly was probably the nicest customer service person I have ever worked with (no joke). She helped me to identify some missing parts for a livestock corral and got them shipped off quickly. Great experience!

Needed a pin for my Rio hammock chair and they responded immediately! TWO pins are on their way! Very pleased.

I am a stickler for best price but we have some urgency so I priced ya'll out vs an alternative and I liked your set up better. My boss and Laura had talked about a certain unit and I really needed it at a lower price point.

Well went to close on that and THEN boss has me verify the dimensions.

So then its a whole new product line etc and they took my special 12.5% away. That was IMPORTANT TO US TO MAKE THE DEAL.

Then there was shipping.

She went the extra mile to meet my need of a lower price, even to cause the director to send a mass email. Then when there was no leeway from the supervisor on the product price, she at least helped me get the shipping down.

Acknowledge her going the extra mile and it leading to us still doing business with ya'll. And then empower your reps to make deals when possible.

Kelly.G was super nice and outstanding. She will go above and beyond to get you the helpyou need. She would get a 100 plus star rating if I could give it.

Hi, my fairly new sojag gazebo that I purchased from Walmart was damaged last winter due to extreme wind and snowfall. Walmart would not help and said that I was just a little over the warranty period. I contacted Sojag and I’m glad I did; Kelly G was so helpful, kind and considerate. She understood my situation and genuinely wanted to help me with my problem. She was extremely patient with me and was able to get me the replacement parts I needed. Thanks again Kelly; you are awesome.

I am happy to report that Shelter Logic not only heard my position, but went above and beyond my expectations. This is something I’m not used to in customer service. Way to go guys!

I submitted a warranty claim and my response time was quick. I thank you for your time and consideration.

This is the second time a wind storm has come through and damaged my shelter logic structure. Amazing customer service. Response within 3 hours to my warranty request, simple explanation of what was covered and what was not covered. Then a nice discount on parts that were not covered. They prepared the order with all the parts and all I had to do was call with the order number and a credit card. This is a big reason why I have bought 2 other Shelterlogic structures. Great customer service!

Kelly Gustaffson was my rep who helped me in all the back & forth on selecting the right tent. She made the experience easy which requires that "little something extra" when it's all virtual.

Pros: Customer support was great! Readily helped with questions regarding instructions and getting correct floor kit.
Cons: Directions were hard to interpret in some areas, especially which pilot holes to use for connecting pieces, specifically in framing above door. Also, some painted part numbers were smeared or difficult to find. Eventually, we were able to locate all the pieces. Despite making sure things were square, had an alignment problem (about 1/2 inch) on left front which we believe was a result of missing pilot hole in framing above door.

The representative was very professional. I received quick and efficient responses to my emails.

I purchased a shelter logic Arrow shed, 10 x14.
It was the worst experience ever trying to assemble. The predrilled holes don't line up, the panels don't line up. The doors do not close properly; they will either close properly at the top or the bottom but not both.
The roof started to give out during the first winter with minimal snow on it as I use a roof rake on it to remove the snow. I had a "spacemaker" metal shed for over 60 years and it was still in better condition after all those years than this Arrow after only 9 months.
