Received my order. some items very different to photos, Impossible to organize a return of three items. No response from customer service, Website goes around in circles when you hit Returns. First and last time customer.

I received my huge parcels very quickly and everything is beautiful. Got all grandkids clothing so happy

I have never had a problem with Shein. Great prices, great products and great shipping. I only suggest to look at reviews before you buy, these are always helpful and will help you decide whether to buy or not.

I would never order again. Most of the items were rubbish, made from terrible fabric and poorly made. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

The customer service experience I have received is a disgrace.
My parcel was left on my doorstep but in clear view of the street and adjacent neighbours and was unfortunately stolen. I had given no permission to leave it there.
Following a lengthy investigation by the courier company (me constantly having to chase them) it was confirmed the parcel was lost. They advised that they would reimburse Shein directly who in turn would give me a refund. I waited 10 days but did not receive anything. I then contacted Shein customer service who then said because I was outside of their 45 day customer service checking system they were unable to check this for me. This was absolutely disgraceful considering I followed their guidelines on the Shein App for lost parcels and contacted the courier directly and the courier company had resolved the issue with me within 45 days advising they would reimburse Shein and I would receive a refund. I cannot believe a company would behave in this manner. They have received the refund from the courier and kept it for themselves. Absolutely disgraceful. When the package went missing I ordered a duplicate (with ectras) so I have paid twice. I will NEVER shop with them again. Now they are constantly ignoring my emails

I've been shopping with Shein for a few years now.
You basically get what you pay for with most things.
However, their prices have started to increase on some items that are truly not worth the prices they are charging.
I've recently been buying several knitted cardigans to see me through this current winter period in Australia, as well as hopefully a few more winter seasons ahead.
But considering they are charging $25-$30 or more for many of their knitted garments that look nice and thick, of fairly good quality. When they arrive they are rather thin and somewhat shabby looking. I can get better quality knitted garments at Kmart for the same price or less on sale (if only Kmart actually had a far more wider range of plus sized clothing).
I do really like most of Shein's t-shirts, leggings, camis, singlets, tanks and other casual clothing. As well as some of their range of shoes.
I've also started looking at their men's wear range (which has recently started including larger sizes for the big men, which is fantastic), along with their homewares, accessories and so on.
All in all, I can't complain too much about Shein.
And as for delivery issues, I have always received everything I ordered (out of dozens and dozens of orders over 4 years) and the only couple of times there has been a delivery problem, that's on the courier, not Shein. The speed of their delivery service has improved massively since the pandemic lockdowns and so on. Although I've had a couple of pretty large orders take 4+ days to even get shipped out. Most of the time it's usually next day shipping.

everything is fairly cheap, which means the material for clothing and jewellery isn’t the greatest. you get what you pay for.

their clothing are so cute and wonderful looking compared to a lot of other sites, which is why i gravitate towards them. however, i would be willing to pay good money for these same clothes but more expensive material. it’s unfortunate shein is the only place with good and affordable designs.

i don’t agree with fast fashion, but for what it is, shein is pretty good.

Es un fraude. No entregan el paquete para obligar al cliente a llamar a un teléfono de tarificación especial y cuando se reclama se niegan a buscar el paquete. Simulan una entrega falsa. Sí se paga por PayPal esperan a que pasen 45 días tras los que no se puede devolver el paquete y entonces lo envían con productos deteriorados para que el cliente lo recoja y no lo pueda devolver. Es un fraude, no compren en Shein si no quieren que los estafen.

Be very careful when ordering with SHEIN, they are scammer! I ordered qty 2 for some products, I paid for 2 but only received 1. SHEIN insisted that I received 2, refused to assist further and requested me to contact bank to dispute the entire order. Avoid at all costs!

I received an item that was ripped and not wearable. IT only cost $3 but there is not way to get a refund without returning it. I can take it to a parcel point and return it for $1 but there is no parcel point with in 400kms of me. I have purchased over $300 from Shein, but I will not be buying from Shein again. If I can not get a refund on a $3 thing how will I got with a $20 or $30 item.

Shein is such an amazing site. They have great quality products, a huge selection to choose from, always as described and as pictured. They always have great promotions and ship quickly. Their customer service is the best in the world! They value the customers more than anything and do whatever it takes to please him, unlike other customer service such as the lousiest ones in Fashionnova. I highly recommend Shein and I vow for their quality and wonderful customer service.

My experiences with Shein have always been positive. They are reliable, their returns process is a breeze AND CHEAP. When you purchase cheap clothing you have to understand it may not always be to the quality you might expect, but given the fool proof returns policy you have nothing to lose. I have many great Shein items I’ve found over the years and I’m a fussy shopper. Not everything has been a masterpiece, but some have been so great and unique that I’ve ordered them twice.

Used to love the Shein-Dazy brand, but out of the blue, they removed all Dazy from the Australian site. I contacted customer service, and they advised me that due to a policy adjustment, they had to remove Dazy. I tried to get others, but the fabric, cutting, and size were terrible and I returned everything! I do not understand why only Australia and New Zealand have this issue but no other countries do.

Hi, I have been very happy with all my purchases from Shein, a hiccup came with a sheet set order. The top sheet was missing, I searched the site to ask them to rectify this situation only to find it was impossible to find where I could do this. I just want to let people know that I then I went to there Facebook page and sent a message and I received a reply in a few minutes. I am very happy with the response I received.

Up until this last order, I've been pleased with Shein. They have a good range of sandals. But my last order which was ordered on the 27th inSeptember still hasn't arrived. Tracking shows that it's in Australia but in transit at Botany. It's been like that for a few days. After having made so many purchases from Shein, having this issue with my latest order kinda puts a damper on purchasing from them again. Extremely disappointing esp after giving them a good hype to others.

I have been purchasing from shein at commencement of covid..as my usual fashion stores closed .I am now officially obsessed with shein clothing..I absolutely have never been disappointed with clothing purchased..it is good quality..as pictured.also is clothing you really don't see in stores at least what I like ..also nice jewellery.comes nicely packaged just as a little side thing I appreciate..the app is fantastic..the delivery is quick..just do not have enough superlatives for shein..

I'm honestly surprised at the negative reviews here and wonder if they are scams. On the rare occasion I've had a problem, Shein customer service has always worked to solve it quickly. Have bought from them very regularly and have to say that they are the only large online shop I've found that actually sends the same clothes as in their photos. Their clothing thus far has always been of a good quality and an extra bonus is that they sell so much other cool stuff, such as accessories, toys, homeware, etc. Christmas and birthdays are always filled with at least some very nice Shein products. What makes me extra happy is that with discounts, point accumulation and random free postage days, I can buy more for my money - less money to pay out, even when prices are very reasonable to start with. Like a great many of their customers who say so in reviews of their products, I am a fan.
I should also say, Shein's tracking system for customers, in conjunction with Australia Post, is very comprehensive. When an order sat for far too long in an Australian depot, I contacted Australia Post and it was moved and delivered within a day or two.

No issues on my end - not the cheapest but quickly delivery and goods are decent!
