Do not buy from shien as you cannot contact customer service it takes you to a customer service then tried to charge me to locate my order

I bought the sequinned long pants and was amazed at the quality! They look absolutely beautiful for a special occasion. No complaints here, the price was fantastic.

Pathetic product, ordered 2 sizes higher and still way to small! AVOID AVOID AVOID this scam of a company!!

Some things are fine
But I feel like SHEIN always puts a stray item in the order
Eg most of the items ordered are ok but there is also the random
Sixes are very unpredictable so what might fit on one item is very different to another
Look for little details like belts
I ordered a dress that stated it had a belt and it turned out to be a piece of string

If I can rate it zero i will. I ordered from Shein and they delivered my parcel to the Mt Gambier post office when my address book clearly has my address that is in one of Adelaide's southern suburbs. Why wasn't it taken to a post office near me instead if they can't deliver to my address?

Then i tried to find a customer service human contact and there is none. I got an automated robot with pre prepared questions that doesn't suit any of my questions or complaint. When i write a complain, it gives me the response that I know already... its in Mt Gambier post office awaiting my collection. It cannot recognise my problem because it says it's been shipped already.
There is literally no other way of contacting them. Thay have a complain ticket but the SUBMIT button doesn't work. I cannot get a refund because I don't have the parcel to return.

Ordinavo spesso dal sito ma gli ultimi 3/4 pacchi non mi sono mai stati consegnati! Il loro servizio clienti è pessimo! Ho fatto avanti e indietro dalle poste e dopo varie ore perse e reclami fatti,ho perso tempo e TANTO denaro! Nessun rimborso,nessuna rispedizione della merce! Lasciate perdere questo sito!

No email address, no delivery use another email address the said order sent tracking number did not exist full of nother just another scam

Items unable to be returned they claim the items were on promotion.
At no point did I see any disclosure that these items could not be returned.
Obviously there are certain items that for health reasons could not be returned.
But these were dresses, and looked like sacks.
So claiming promotion item ,is a safe bet for shein.
I am bitterly dissatisfied and won't bother again.

I recieved my package and 1 items were missing, 4 items should be inside but its' only 3, so i tried to contact costumer service yesturday they said they will be back to me with 24 hours but they never did. I tried to contact with them again earlier today but i couldn't get any help from them. They said no voice record about the items. I don't what it is. Now i wondering where they going to return to me back and to explained to me about my missing items. Its' so hard to get through to your orders, it vanish all your orders and purchased history. You need to log-ind through to the congirmations of your orders before you can see all your orders history.

Ordered end of February still waiting for the delivery that I was told it has already been done, many frustrating messages and still waiting for delivery, the absolute worst customer service ever. How can anyone trust you to provide what you promise,still waiting for items that were ordered 5 months ago

Antworten nicht auf Reklamationen per Chat oder E-Mail. Und zwar so lange dass die Frist abgelaufen ist. Keine Möglichkeit der Retoure.
Schlechte und billige Qualität. Stinkende Produkte. Kein Kundenservice. Keine Möglichkeit der Retoure.
Bestellt dort nicht und spart euch euer Geld. Denn es kommen noch über 50€ Bearbeitungsgebühr hinzu.

Terrible customer service. They cannot u derstand the issue. They say they will get back in 24 hrs and do not. When filing a c plaint they ask for an id the customer cannot enter. They take your money and when there is a problem do nothing. No visible tracking information under ‘track’. They refuse to ship my order. Stay away from this low grade, Chinese company. They do not do as they advertise and their goods are poor quality. And no customer service. No human to contact. Disgusting rude service. I will never use them again.

OK so as the prices would suggest, the clothes are ill fitting rubbish made in China. That I can deal with as you get what you pay for. What I can't deal with is absolutely zero customer service when you need to contact them because Fast horse (Slow donkey more accurate) have lost your package. Your package is out for delivery, 4 days later it's not here. Call fast horse, get a chat bot and you cannot speak to a human. Go to the fast horse website, they don't even recognise their own tracking number for god's sake. As a wise old man said, "good not cheap, cheap not good"

I’ve only started buying off shein within the last 12 months, simply due to wanting to save money on purchases. When purchasing, it’s important to look at reviews & if buying clothing check comments re sizing, quality etc. I don’t purchase an item that doesn’t have reviews & I haven’t been let down to date.
I have purchased so many various items - baby clothing, jewellery, iPhone covers, toys & all items have been as described.

Scum..how could you send a piece of crap frock for my 11 year olds graduation..she was crying..will now go shopping for real. Don't even think it could be good!

I cannot find my order to make a return. I have spent hours trying to make contact with Shein. Tried to make a complaint. They ask for ID no. What ID no. ?

I've bought a lot from Shein because of their competitive pricing. I was particularly impressed with the variety of curtains. Delivery times are often surprisingly fast. Great communication.

They claimed they have delivered my parcel when it was not delivered. They refuse to investigate into the delivery when I reached out. Very dodgy site
