Sendico is quick with receiving orders from Mercari Japan sellers , and the packing was very well done. Shipping fees are reasonable, but the delivery time could be faster.

generally it's pretty good
generally it's pretty good. You have to give them a deposit to order, which means you might have more money laying around on there than you need, it's a bit annoying overall. support response time is a bit long. But the core service works very well, shipping and packaging is fast.

Damaged items and slow to ship.
Very slow to ship sometimes, many of my items arrived damaged also. For example I purchased a Tyranitar Prime card for nearly $100. It arrived in a team bag without a penny sleeve or top loader. The card was bent so I lost money. Also one of my Marnie boxes came damaged because they just threw it in the box without any protection and they have a habit of stocking heavy items on top of lighter ones. Not at all happy woth them after using them for years, the issues have been mostly recent.

Sendico is a very reliable service for Japanese products
Sendico has always been a very reliable service for anything you'd like to order from Japan. Not just (vintage) tech or collectables but also western products that a Japanese collector might have purchased decades ago can be found on Japanese exclusive market places.
The majority of products are kept in prestine conditions. I was able to find original 1980s pop culture cinema posters that look almost like new.
Sendico offers amazing customer service and replied quickly as usual. Each package is packed with great care and diligence. I kept all the tiny origami gifts so far but I think this time none was included. Thanks to the person making them. I guess too many orders, too little time. ☺️💝

Worst customer service in the world
Worst customer service in the world. I thought Japan was the best place with humble service, but they will only contact you if you have to pay more for something. Recently, I bought a new flip phone for about 23,000 yen, plus shipping, VAT, and commission. When I received the phone, it wasn’t working, even though it was clearly listed as used like new, and the description said everything was okay and functioning. When I asked for a refund, Sendico customer service said there would be no refunds. When I trusted them and they didn't even contacted the customer who sold me a broken phone

Excellent Attention to Details
I ordered a couple of electonics, including a PS3 console. I was so worried about shipping, however I was relieved when I received the package. Everything was so well packaged, a lot of bubble wrap and everything was extremely carefully done, you could tell they really care about the customer receiving their things in the exact condition they were purchased in. Since then I've purchased a LOT of things from Sendico, and they always exceed my expectations. I absolutely LOVE Sendico, and I couldn't be happier to have discovered such an amazing site. 10/10 🔥

I have waited 3 weeks for you to ship…
I have waited 3 weeks for you to ship my package: Z-131632.
"Reason for packing suspension: This parcel exceeds maximum available dimensions for this shipping method. Please let us know which alternative shipping method you would like to ship with and we will proceed with packing."
Support won't do anything, other than giving automated responses, that they can't change it.
How am i supposed to get it shipped then?
I CANNOT select a shipping method, because it is suspended.
These items are worth $1500. Stuck in Japan for 3 weeks now.
Won't use any money here again, until you fix this, sorry.
EDIT: They have finally answered and fixed it. I have adjusted to 4 stars, instead of 2 stars.

Sendico Bad :(
First of all, their site wouldn't estimate the costs of shipping so i had to pick one at random. Then when i got the shipping price i asked to have a lower/slower option.
Customer serice response? Add an overcharge of 10,000yen.
When i asked to remove the heavy objects i was told Sendico couldn't since they were already boxxed.
Second, i had 2 packages, one was ok but only 90% of the box was well packed and things on top broke. Package #2 was complete garbage. (Package #2 was the box full of heavy stuff so Sendico could have just sent me one but but no...)
Zero protection except the box had bubblewrap. All items thrown into the box rubbing on to each other without protection between them. Not only did every item get very scratched, the box was full of water!
i had to dump the whole box due to having ordered electronics.
Sendico blames Fedex for the water.
Pointless to order anything of value since some Sendico packers don't care about how they pack :(

Finnaly Sendico contacted Fedex about the problem ONLY after i posted here on Trusted Pilot and THEN sent them an email... even though i asked them almost 2 months ago!
Another note is i had to repeat myself often to support, they ignored me constantly.
Obviously due to Sendico's ultra poor and slow customer service (Not a service!) often taking days and sometimes weeks to answer me, Fedex doesn't answer claims over 21 days old.
Again, avoid Sendico, considering they're whole 'thing' is to ship around the world and they can't even pack and protect your items dispite i had paid more for more packing.
On top of this bad box, the good box had bad "working" items and i asked support MULTiPLE times about these and they constantly ignored them.
Another loss i have to take. They don't care!
The fact is, Sendico overcharged me at shippng costs, shipped me a bunch of poorly packed waterlogged electronics, barely communicated then told me i had to "understand" since they can't do anything because of the 21 day Fedex set.
Another company just for the shareholders.
Customers are meaningless.
Do not make my mistake, i write this long review as a warning to everyone.
