I’m so confused about Self. I don’t really understand how it really works. I had I got an account it was closed and I just called and talked to customerservice but the issue hasn’t been resolved. I don’t use the card that much but it says I’ve used over 70%.I’m so confused about Self. I don’t really understand how it really works. I can’t seem to get answers as to what’s going on with my account.

Dependable and very helpful

Self has been a great source of teaching me how to be disciplined with my financial life and allowed me to live without struggling through the paycheck to paycheck living.
It's been a slow climb, but I am better for it with an increase in my credit score inwhich I am very protective of it wanting to make the good next step to increase my family wealth.

Credit has gone up maybe 20 points in 2 years terrible service not what is once was before sadly and the credit card I never signed up for and canceled stole 450 from me and didn’t refund it scammers honestly not to mention horrible customer service all robots who are incompetent

Payout credit builder then they went and closed Self Card talking bout suspicious activity mind you already paid off 5 other accounts before. Now payouts under review, if it’s placed in a CD what’s there to review. Sad this was good in the beginning but DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, you want credit go to a credit union and get secured credit card.
