Having a login problem caused by phone number changed. I would like to cancel that’s all. I dont need this service and I’m cutting back on expenses

Their reps can't answer a simple question. I've spent the last few hours and about 7 emails (with screenshots) asking them where I can find my secured card's total and available credit limits. They tell me to look in menus and areas that don't even exist or show in the app. I still haven't found the information. Why is it so hard?

The service may be good, but I think its time to cancel. Too much hassle for something that should be simple to find.

Kickoff says they raise ur credit score. That’s a straight up LIE!!! THEY are supposed to withdraw $5 from my account every month. I’ve had the same account for years and who doesn’t have five lousy dollars in their account. Since for whatever reason they decided to not take the money out for several months then report to the credit bureau that I’m behind on my payments my credit score dropped. Even when they were taking the payment out my credit score didn’t go up at all not because of kickoff anyway. Save urself the trouble look for a better solution elsewhere. Kickoff SUCKS!!!!!!!

I never leave reviews, but I dont want any anyone else to experience what I have. They have Absolute horrible customer service, I had my payments come out automatically every Month for the last year, and they reported to the credit bureau that I had been late for the last 60days when I called them, the guy informed me that he could see my payments had in fact come out, he then told me they didn’t report to the credit bureau, when i informed him i had proof that my score had dropped drastically because of it he giggled, then i was sent an email a few hours later saying there was nothing that that could do to correct the bad ding on my report. Their FALSE information to the CB costed me 18 points. I thought the purpose of Kikoff was to help us with our credit but infact it’s a scam.

I did a c edit builder loan to completion no late payments.
I unknowingly opened a secured card and got two late payments added to my credit report for a seperate service i did NOT APPROVE !!!

I was contributing to a Kikoff credit builder account. I had to cancel my membership after contributing hundreds of dollars. I was told that I can’t be reimbursed. Why is it that I’m contributing to an account that gives you back your funds once paid in full but if one cancels their money is nonrefundable? Kikoff is a scam.

Love Kikoff. Never once had an issue. It’s easy to upgrade and downgrade, it’s quick, if you have any issues they are reachable and easy and friendly. Wayyyyy better than any other credit building app. And with the love price you absolutely CAN NOT beat it. Their website & app is easy to use. I can not rave enough about them. 10/10

Worst customer service they can never fix the problem when you call to try to fix something. They always repeat the same thing over and over and the problem doesn’t get fixed in top of that the promised things that they’re nachos like linking your bills to boost your credit. I have my account open for five months. I haven’t had a chance to link my bills. I called customer service cause they’re supposed to do that manually that won’t do it they just gave me the runaround and the runaround even to the point that they asked me if I wanted to close my account to get rid of the problem after talking to four supervisors too don’t do anything so they promised things that they can deliver. Never recommend this to anybody ever ever.

I love the program and my credit grew within the first month. I will try more features!!!! Thank you!!

Don’t be fooled by the promises. I signed up with Kikoff expecting to build my credit — instead, my credit score dropped significantly.

Now I’m being told I owe $380, with no clear explanation of where this debt comes from. I never received any real funds, and after canceling my subscription, they went completely silent.

Meanwhile, negative activity appeared on my credit report, damaging my score.

I have filed a formal dispute and am pursuing this matter legally.

Be extremely careful before using this platform — fully understand what you’re agreeing to.
