The worst of worst. In good faith I purchase four units from these company. What they sell is garbage. They promise you support and warranty on the units, you get NOTHING!

Stay away from this people.

Bought radio form this fake company. Radio did not work from start. They refuse to accept the return and lied on there own return policy. The USA whorehouse will not take returns. Horrible customers support. They robe me. I lost my money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE. This company should need to be block from making bushiness in the USA,

Hello everyone, I bought a multimedia device for my car more than a year ago. After many emails regarding the rear view camera, it finally worked. However, the microphone for the hands-free system in the car was a disaster. Only the device's internal microphone worked, and the quality was terrible. The person on the other end of the line couldn't understand a word. It wasn't even possible to switch on the external microphone in the settings. After sending numerous emails asking them to send me a software update so that I could switch on the external microphone, they sent me the internal microphone circuit board to replace it. It was no better than the first one. After many more emails and the statement that they could not send me an update, they sent me a new device after I returned the first one. In all my emails, I had written that they should please check everything before shipping and, above all, make sure that the external microphone was working. The new device arrived and, of course, the external microphone did not work! And it was even worse: the screen had interference and jumped from one application to another on its own. After many more emails and videos of the screen interference, they tried to convince me that the screen needed to be calibrated. This function couldn't even be selected. Then suddenly they sent me an update for the external microphone, and it actually worked. But by then, you couldn't see anything on the screen anymore. After many more emails, they sent me a new replacement screen. That didn't help at all. The new screen also displayed all the colours, but no image. Then I wanted to have the device replaced, and this was their response. The warranty is only valid for 6 months and only for the first device sent. So there is no warranty on the second defective device I received. According to them, I should have bought a new device from them!
Today, I have no device, only defective parts. I have lost a lot of time and money.
You can imagine for yourselves what to think of this company. I will never order anything from them again, and hopefully neither will you!
Today, I have a similar device from another company, and everything worked within two weeks, from ordering to installation and functionality.

These people are either scammers or just completely incompetent. I ordered a head unit from them. They didn't send me all of the parts I needed, even though the video shows the exact part that I need. I was told by their official Youtube channel that YES, it did come with the part. Then I was told NO, it doesn't come with the part, even though the video shows the part was installed. I filed a Paypal Resolution Claim because I can't use it. Paypal sided with me, and now Seicane won't send me a return label, even though their Return Policy shows that they would do this. Customer service thinks I can just glue my screen onto my dash or something. This has wasted my time for two months at this point. I would never recommend anyone purchase something from this company, specifically because of the customer service is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They don't know their own product!

Absolutely catastrophic. Got a seicane radio for my mercedes clk wirh All specs.
Couldn't set the clock in my car, the volume knob was not working, the obd2 tool was not working, they gave me an app to connect to the obd2 abd Couldn't install the app. The radio shut down every few days. Sometimes i couldn't start another app because i swiped up and there were only a grey screen. Then i sold my car and wanted to factory reset the radio. But i needed a password for this. There were little scratches all over the screen from swiping with finger. Guys, let it, dont buy from them. Half of the sh*t was not working. Buy another one.

I 100% recommend I’m very happy with my system I had a few issues but with the help of their technicians everything was solved not a plug and play for sure if you are not familiar with installing something like this is best to leave it to the professionals is worked it with the way it performs and looks in my vehicle thank you again and I will definitely be purchasing with you guys again!

Do not buy false advertisement its not plug & play. My radio plays but has no adjustments it in the software but does not work music sound is very bad.

Bad radio that it suppose to be plug and play. Now Seicane refuse to refund the money.Do not purchase anything from this people.

The 1 din flip out screen unit came in time. I did a test boot, system seems fast, intuitive, responsive. However it is not what I bought. It was supposed to have a motorized button activated flip out screen unit. Instead you need to pull it out manually. Also, the item was 60 euros, cheap right? But wait, the shipping was 60 euros again, ow damn, and then I got taxed for another 60 euros

After 1 month they didn t send me the goods ordered.
Just telling me they will do... but when
If i can cancel this order i will do.

After weeks of taking stupid measurements they still didn’t send radio out. Had to cancel through credit card. Just fake company don’t even waste your time

J'ai acheté un autoradio Android pensant que vu le prix assez élevé, c'était de la qualité. Il est arrivé un mois après sans aucune notice de montage ni aucun mode d'emploi. Je l'ai demandé au service client, il m'ont juste envoyé la photo de l'autoradio avec le faisceau branché derrière.
Par ailleurs, comme ma voiture est équipée de la fibre optique je devais la câbler de l'avant à l'arrière avec un faisceau de 6 m.
Impossible de l'installer il n'y a rien qui correspond.

Non comprate da questi!! Ho acquistato un modulo usb per bmw e mi hanno inviato una cintura..dopo aver fatto il reso non mi hanno rimborsato!! Truffatori!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.
I punched a system for my car back in May 2024. When the certified tech tried to install it the unit wouldn't power up. I requested a refund or exchange. Instead they kept telling me different things to send them pictures of first. When I did they would then ask for another picture of something different, I did as they asked and their response was to ask for a picture of their first request again. This has went on and on until now they are refusing to refund or replace the unit that has never worked. I have spend more trying to get this unit installed than I did to buy it. There is NO US CUSTOMER SERVICE Number. This company is a scam and will rip you off.

DO NOT BUY ... My radio has been a nightmare since day 1 of install. Constantly freezing and malfunctioning. Constant interference with my radar detector and work radio. My screen will completely black out and I need to remove my dash to reset the canbus connection inside. The technical support team is very responsive but not at all helpful. Sent me a system update once installed it flipped my reverse camera on my truck sideways and now I can't get it to the correct itself countless emails of trying to get a helpful answer or solution and I get none. They will NOT let me return the item Been a complete joke and waste of my time and money..

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I purchased a stereo from them. Spent $200 to have it professionally installed. Installer said that the stereo was defective, it had no audio. I reached out to the company to get a refund/replacement. They had me go through a series of troubleshooting nothing worked. They offered me $50 to keep the item. It's defective. Then they offered me 30% back and for me to resell it. How can I resell a product that doesn't work. They continue to send me more troubleshooting techniques. I refused to do any more. I am now out over $600 because they will not refund my money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I had a Seicane head unit for 6-7 years which was really good, I wanted to upgrade after some of the buttons stopped working all the time. I ordered a new 9 inch android unit with TV module. The wiring is a joke for the TV unit, the holes in the RCA sockets are deformed and will not take an RCA plug. You have to cable TV-IN to Head unit-IN which doesn't make any sense. It should be TV-OUT to Head-IN. that's not documented anywhere. They suggest you buy your own cable locally which I did, then they say you don't need it. They won't swap the TV module despite sending pictures showing the issue. Really disappointing seeing the original was really quite good. Not worth all the hassle these days and don't forget the price shown doesn't include import tax which in my case was another £60. When you write a review on their site, they change it to positive, see the review by NEA dated 13th Nov.
