Rapport qualité/prix injustifiable – Grosse déception
500 € pour du matériel AliExpress et un service médiocre
Prix vs Service : À 500 € l'autoradio, on est en droit de s'attendre à un service de haute qualité et à un produit irréprochable. Ici, on en est très loin.
Délais non tenus : Le site annonce une livraison en 3 à 5 jours. Réalité : commande passée le 02/03, reçue le 29/03. Un mois d'attente pour un produit censé être en stock, c'est inacceptable à ce tarif.
Zéro documentation : Le colis est arrivé sans aucune notice ni aucun schéma de branchement. Pour un poste à ce prix, devoir chercher les correspondances de câbles par soi-même comme un novice est une honte.
Technique décevante : Si l'intégration au tableau de bord de ma i30 est propre, le reste ne suit pas. La radio capte très mal et l'interface logicielle est rigide et non configurable. C'est exactement le même système que sur les modèles bas de gamme à 150 €.
SAV mitigé : Le service web est certes assez réactif pour répondre aux messages, mais l'efficacité n'est pas là. Suite au retard, on m'a promis un module DAB USB en cadeau : résultat, il manquait dans le colis. J'ai dû réclamer une nouvelle fois sans certitude de le recevoir.
Conclusion : Très déçu par Smarty Trend. L'impression de s'être fait avoir en payant le prix fort pour un produit et une logistique qui ne valent pas plus du tiers du prix demandé. Passez votre chemin si vous cherchez du vrai haut de gamme.

2. Interface et Personnalisation
L'appareil est livré avec notre launcher Smarty Trend standard, conçu pour être stable et polyvalent. Soyez rassuré, votre module DAB cadeau n'a pas été oublié. Il a été expédié séparément depuis notre entrepôt central. Votre gestionnaire dédié vous transmettra le numéro de suivi d'ici 48 heures.
5. Réception radio et Installation
Le matériel utilisé est de haute qualité et rigoureusement testé. Une mauvaise réception radio est souvent liée au branchement de l'alimentation de l'antenne d'origine. Bien que nos systèmes soient "Plug & Play", nous préconisons toujours une installation par un professionnel pour optimiser les réglages techniques. Installation sur un Jeep Wrangler JK de 2007.
L'écran est top !! J'ai pris l'écran 2k QLED, 2,7GHz, 12GB / 256GB avec la caméra en cadeau. L'interface est rapide ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme un smartphone. Connection soit en Carplay pour utiliser via le smartphone soit en mettant une Sim afin qu'il soit autonome et avoir plus de fonctionnalités ou comme moi, je mets en partage de connexion mon smartphone afin que l'écran soit connecté au réseau et qu'il est la même fonction que si il avait une carte SIM.
L'installation est assez simple, toutes les cosses on des tailles différentes ce qui permet de les connecter au bon endroit sans faire d'erreur sur l'écran. Du côté de l'alimentation de l'écran il y a deux sorties en fonction du model de jeep (JK ou JL) il suffit de brancher celle qui correspond à l'arriver de la voiture.
En ce qui me concerne la caméra de recul il n'est pas nécessaire de connecter les files rouge de la ralonge, pour obtenir les lignes de guidage il suffit de rentrer dans les paramètres de l'écran et ensuite celui de la caméra afin d'ajuster les lignes à la dimension voulu.
J'ai fait appel au service client de Smarty en ce qui concerne justement le branchement de la caméra pour avoir les lignes de guidage, mais il suffit de rentrer dans les paramètres comme indiqué précédemment. Le service est super réactif et très précis dans leur explication, réponse dans l'heure, j'ai même pu échanger avec eux en instantané, tout ça garce à WhatsApp. Très content de leur aide !!
Je recommande leur écran et les options qu'ils proposent comme la caméra, capteur pression TPMS, etc...le prix est justifié en ce qui me concerne, si on compare au prix des smartphones on est largement en dessous avec autant de fonctionnalités et de réactivité.

Excellent brand with superb product
I got a passat B7 android head unit and im super dupa happy and i want to be in the vehicle all the time because of the enviroment it create. Unlike the cheap android that you find elsewhere, this one is premmium with fantastic sound quality and all the steering wheel buttons are working. The design of the theme and how the apps show is very beatifull. Im saving money to buy onother one for my pick up. I recommend this seller and the support is very good.

So, i was looking for a vehicle model specific unit with a CD/DVD function they had on their website. I send it to them on their Watsapp and they said it's available. So far so good. I wanted to confirm with them it has the CD/DVD function until they said it doesn't have it. I opened the link just to see they have changed the images and options available and it showed a totally different unit and still claiming they never had it... Now, i had saved up a few units from different websites all with CD/DVD function because for me it is mandatory. I swear on every person i know that the link i had saved up and the one i sent them, had this function. Internet Archive can't return previous version of the web page either. I recommend people to confirm that the unit they want is the same as the one in the pictures before purchasing and making a screenshot of the web page. Now i am back to square one in searching for a unit that will work for my needs.. If you don't have it just say so... Don't fool the customers. We are making you your sales and your salaries. Be more transparent. If you are more honest, people will respect you more and recommend your company.

We would like to clarify the situation, as there seems to be a misunderstanding rather than any intention to mislead. Some head units shown on our website represent all possible configurations that have been produced for a specific vehicle model over time. However, availability may change due to several factors — for example, certain plastic frames are no longer manufactured, specific models become outdated, or suppliers discontinue particular versions such as units with CD/DVD functionality.
For this reason, before confirming any order or shipment, we always double-check availability with our engineers and warehouse to ensure that the unit can actually be produced or supplied at that moment. Unfortunately, there are cases where a model is still shown as an option but becomes unavailable shortly after due to limited remaining stock or production changes.
In your case, once we confirmed that the CD/DVD version was no longer available, we informed you immediately instead of proceeding with an incorrect order. Our goal is always to provide accurate information before purchase and to avoid sending a product that does not meet the customer’s requirements.
We would like to assure you that there was no intention to deceive. Transparency and clear communication are very important to us, and whenever any changes or limitations arise, we discuss them with the customer and try to find a suitable alternative or solution.

Deep warning ‼️ for new customers
In August 2025 I placed an order of €677 and paid. Unfortunately never received and the company no longer responds to my emails to this day. They say it's somewhere at the delivery depot (that was October 2025) and now February 2026 it's still not solved. Not delivered or refunded my money.

According to the information provided by the shipping company, several delivery attempts were made to the original address, but they were unsuccessful. A new delivery address was then agreed upon, and another delivery attempt was arranged. Unfortunately, the package was never delivered and remained in the shipping company's warehouse.
Since this situation remained unresolved for a long time, despite our negotiations with the shipping company, we issued a full refund, which has already been processed. We have always strived to resolve this matter fairly and without financial loss to the customer.
We understand this was an unpleasant experience, but we would like to emphasize that the order was shipped correctly, and the delivery process was handled by an external shipping company, which, unfortunately, is beyond our direct control. Nevertheless, we did everything possible to assist and ultimately issued a full refund.

Exceptional Service and a High-Quality Product
I honestly can’t recommend this company highly enough! It was an amazing experience from start to finish.
The day after I placed my order, I was contacted via WhatsApp by Mike. He wanted to double-check my car details to ensure I’d ordered the correct unit. He proactively advised me that there would be a few weeks' delay as the unit had to be shipped from an alternative warehouse, which I completely understood given the Christmas period.
The unit arrived securely packaged and undamaged. It included all necessary cables, and while the instructions were basic, they were very easy to follow. I did have a minor issue getting the reverse camera recognized, but Mike responded to my WhatsApp message within two minutes! He guided me through the troubleshooting steps and resolved the issue immediately. He even helped with some aesthetic customization questions I had.
The Unit:
The head unit is worth every penny. Wireless Android Auto works seamlessly, removing the need for cumbersome cables. The default launcher is well-designed and highly customizable, though you can download your own if you prefer.
A Couple of Tips for Buyers:
Legacy Devices:
My old iPod Touch wasn't recognized as a storage device via USB. While it works over Bluetooth, that would disconnect Android Auto. This isn't a deal-breaker for me as streaming apps work perfectly, but it’s worth noting for those with older tech.
USB Retention:
To use your car’s factory USB port, you may need to purchase a separate USB retention cable (I did for my model).
Overall, a 10/10 experience. Thanks again

Replaced the original head display
I recently replaced the original head display unit in my car with an upgraded Smarty Trend system that works perfectly with my iPhone. I couldn’t have handled the installation myself, so I hired a professional, and everything went smoothly. The product arrived very well protected, nicely packaged, and included everything needed for the install.
If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to provide a more detailed user manual for those of us who are not very experienced with electronics. Apart from that, the experience has been excellent.
We encountered a small issue with the volume settings, and despite being in a completely different time zone, support replied within about 5 minutes. They were incredibly helpful and provided clear screenshots showing exactly what to do. The unit fits my car perfectly, works great, and I’m really looking forward to exploring all the customization options.
Everything was included, all cables and connectors were there, and overall it genuinely felt like a Christmas present. Thank you to the support team and thank you Smarty Trend for a really great product.

I ordered a headunit for Toyota LC100 2006. Everything went well until I got the unit and started to fit it in the car. Unfortunately the frame was missing two pins that did not match with the interface on the dashboard. Additionally, on the site of the seller the main control buttons should appear independently what the screens shows. On the unit I got those were never there.. When I claimed to the seller, they refused to receive the unit back and to reimburse me. Very disappointing !

Our team has contacted you directly and provided detailed photos confirming that the frame you received fits the correct version of the Toyota LC100 dashboard. The alternative frame you mentioned is for a different vehicle trim level and is 4 cm larger.
However, we can offer you this larger frame for testing. If it fits your dashboard, we are prepared to replace the unit.
Regarding the side control buttons: the head unit you ordered has a 2K screen (2000x1200 px) and an enlarged screen of 9.5 inches. The physical buttons have been replaced with modern touch buttons that appear when you press the edge of the screen.
