I purchased a head unit from Eonon, and within the first few months of use the product began to malfunction. The screen frequently freezes, becomes stuck in split-screen mode, and at times will not power on at all. Despite repeated attempts, the unit cannot be reset and is effectively unusable.
After reporting these issues, Eonon sent a replacement screen. Unfortunately, the replacement is also faulty and does not function at all. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting assistance and a resolution, all of which have been ignored.
This level of product failure combined with the complete lack of customer support is unacceptable. I purchased this unit in good faith, and I expect a working product and timely communication. I have requested an immediate resolution, whether that be a fully functional replacement or a refund.
However, Eonon have just blanked my complaint and so I'm sharing my experience publicly.
DREADFUL company, wasted £150 pounds!!
