Excellent app/technical services but the customer service operators come across as extremely cold and unhelpful (on the few occasions I’ve had to speak to a human). However, with additional training I’m sure this could be rectified

I just wanted to get access to my accounts. This turned out tot be the most time-consuming and complicated procedure I have ever experienced.

The app is great; very easy to use. When my savings came to maturity, the communication about my choices and how it all worked were clear and there was advance notice. They money arrived in my account on precisely the day they said it would with no difficulty at all. They're just VERY efficient, and customer friendly. .

Making request was straightforward and it was carried out promptly.

Easy to use website, account opened quickly and confirmation of deposit very quick.

It was easy to open an account.
I was particularly impressed to receive communication a day later re. a potential issue. A number to call was provided and answered promptly by a knowledgeable and courteous person: the issue was resolved.

I've always been happy with Secure Trust Bank, having used their services for several years. Straightforward products, and easy to use website.

Secure Trust is an excellent place to save any spare funds you might have. The online bank always looks and feels safe and secure and the site is very clear and simple to use.
Best of all, the savings rates that are offered by Secure Trust are very competitive, particularly when compared with much larger, High Street rivals.

Great now they`ve just raised interest rates in line with many other easy access accounts.Just wish they would offer monthly interest payments on their fixed accounts like they do for the easy account.

Secure Trust always seem to have very competitive interest rates for savings accounts. They also have good rates for their easy access account which I use a lot as most current accounts don't pay interest.
I do get frustrated though as rather than change the interest rate on existing access accounts, they create a new issue. You firstly have to be aware that they've created a new issue, they don't seem to publicise the fact, then it means opening a new account, transferring funds and, in my case, changing a standing order with another bank. Bit of a faff.

Creating the account and transferring money into it all went completely smoothly and quickly. I've yet to experience the withdrawal process.

Very easy account setup process. Regular confirmation of process steps. Easy to contact. Good rates. Customer service on the phone exemplary, no delays, and Kim was the most efficient, helpful and friendly I have heard in a long time. (10 stars)
