If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company have been a nightmare, speaking to. Brick wall could have been more helpful. I reached out to them as I was missing 3 rewards that were yet to be credited. I followed their processs by emailing on the 12/08/26, I provided all proof including videos of the apps showing the quest completed. I had to send 6 EMAILS to get a response. When I was responded too they advised that as a good will gesture they would credit it to me account hahahaha. There response was laughable, they advised ‘ For future reference, eligibility for Offerwall quests typically expires 60 days after the offer is first opened,’ when I had only had the game installed for 2 weeks🤣 I followed their email back up with evidence of when the game was downloaded and advised I expect to be granted the rewards for all quests completed considering they were in the timescales and I met the criteria. They still had not credited their gesture of goodwill by 24/08/2026 when I sent my evidence of meeting all criteria but I have sent 3 further emails also requesting their complaint process and all emails have been ignored! The worst company I’ve ever dealt with, no point emailing them!!! Do not use this company at all!!!!!!

Xsolla Offerwall is a pure scam. I spent days completing a quest in "The Parachute" game. I provided ironclad screenshot proof that I reached height 1000 (the task required only 150). The support team blocks me, ignores my evidence, and tells me "not to duplicate messages" instead of giving me my 1035 coins. It takes 5 seconds to credit the reward manually, but they prefer to rob their users. Give me my reward!

This site is cheating. If rewards are low they pay them. If rewards became bigger they find reason to stop pay you. First time I was not paid I decided probably it was my mistake. But on the third time I understand that I do what they need and they didn't pay.

I have been having an issue with a payment made via this site for a number of days now, and I am appalled at the way they handle customer support. Having to wait days for an answer only to be told that, despite being clearly stated in their own policy that a refund is possible, being denied and denied and told to wait another 5 days while someone "conducts an investigation" is not what I would consider to be good customer service.

Any other time I have made payments with this company everything has went alright, and I have made multiple transactions with them, at least 10 in the last few years.

My message would be that this company is great, until something goes wrong or you're sold something that is not as advertised, in which case, good luck.

Despite the reply to this review, their support has made no effort to engage with my complaints and simply sends the same AI-generated-looking email every time.

Why is it that all the people claiming to have a good experiance with support there review is like there first review. does this not set off neon lightS TRUST PILOT come on hello wake up smell the coffee. anyone claiming that this customer service anything but useless is a liar. i have had multi problems with them i have a weekly subscribtion that they keep renewing every 6 days. that should be renewing every 7 days seeing its weekly but the steal 1 day out of each week. steal thats right that is what they do and that has been going on for 4 months now. if i ever get to talk to someone cant wait to hear or should i say how they going to explain why a weekly subscription gets paid every 6days wait there is 7 days in a week right? recently i was charged twice for a single purchase submitted a ticket over a week ago no response. go to where they claim 24/7 live help same thing no response. i submitted all the evidence they needed to solve this problem but they just ignore any attempts to contact them. there customer service does not exist what so ever. so all you people claiming different are actually getting paid for there reviews.

update 9/10 finally support contacted me and they refuse to give me refund they claim i got goods for both purchases but wont provide any proof your nothing but thiefs and im yelling so the whole world can see you for what you are THIEFS !!!!!

So i had an issue with my bank that they block the transaction because of security reasons , which is a good thing , but i would try multiple times then i get blocked in Xsolla coz i tried more than 3 times or something , i go to their discord & they would literally fix this in 5 minutes or less even , thank you so much for the great help , the fast response & the amazing service.
