Extremely disappointed with Xsolla
Extremely disappointed with Xsolla. Their own Terms and Conditions state that a refund is available if the Crown has not been used, yet they rejected my refund request despite the Crown being completely unused.
My GameKing account was suddenly banned without any reason, making the Crown i bought impossible to use. Xsolla simply told me to contact GameKing support instead of honoring their own refund policy.
I paid for a product that I have never used, and Xsolla is refusing to refund it despite their own T&C stating otherwise. This is unacceptable. I will no longer purchase through Xsolla and will share my experience so other customers are aware of this issue

Unlawful refund refusal and non-existent support for defective service
I am writing this review after Xsolla refused to issue a refund for a FACEIT subscription purchased on August 7, 2026 (€100.66) that proved to be completely unplayable due to widespread cheating and zero moderation enforcement (over 40 reports submitted with no action taken).
Despite exercising my statutory rights under EU Law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2019/770 for digital content non-conformity), Xsolla simply responded with automated template emails claiming that "all payments are final" and attempting to shift all responsibility to FACEIT.
As the Merchant of Record, Xsolla is legally responsible for the transactions it processes. Denying consumer rights with automated canned responses is completely unacceptable.
Disputes have been escalated to PayPal, and a formal complaint will be lodged with European consumer protection authorities (DGCCRF / ECC).
