Unacceptable 3-week delay on missing Blockpost gold

I completed the offerwall task "Pengudoku" honestly and strictly according to the rules back on 21.09.26, but Xsolla has been ignoring my support ticket for weeks. I already sent an email to with all the ironclad screenshots and proof attached, but received absolutely no help. My User ID is 2478447. I demand that a manager looks into my case immediately and manually credits my missing gold. If this is not fixed promptly, I will continue to escalate this complaint.

I like that Xsolla is able to flag for any suspicious activity when cards are being used on multiple accounts. That type of security eases my mind, even when I'm doing the transactions. My first interaction earlier this week with Xsolla customer support wasn't the best, the person ended the chat fast and gave me an answer to my first issue but didn't try to resolve it. However, I contacted again today, and I had the pleasure speaking with Harresh. He was able to help me resolve the initial issue I was having and provided a solution and explanation which I appreciated. I think if I had to give a constructive criticism/feedback with this specific chat with him, it would be to look at the chat more carefully as I did send multiple screenshots and the correct ones that they had asked for and even quoted what he said because they were indeed correct. Even though he stated it was different. I know people can make mistakes but definitely try to doublecheck before saying I'm wrong. Maybe going forward, there could be a way for the Xsolla chat system to update and help to keep track of the screenshots sent so it's easier for the agent to track what's what. Otherwise, we resolved the issue and that's all that matters. Thank you!

Recently my rewards aren’t being given after purchase. I don’t know what the glitch is, but not getting rewards when purchased effects deadlines within the game and that is the frustrating part.
