Secure Xsolla Anmeldelser 

I have been working with Xsolla as a merchant for my website (Project ID: 880495). Recently, we had chargeback issues, but Xsolla NEVER reached out to us to request proof of delivery, system logs, or fulfillment evidence to dispute them. They submitted an inadequate defense on their own, lost the disputes, and directly deducted the funds and penalty fees from my balance.

Even though all chargeback deductions were already processed, Xsolla's Anti-Fraud (AFS) and Finance teams are now holding 100% of my remaining payout ($113.29) indefinitely under the excuse of "potential future risk." Settle times are already close to 2 months, and freezing earned funds over an isolated event without even asking for our delivery proof creates a severe lack of trust.

Holding a merchant’s settled funds hostage while failing to provide basic dispute support is completely unacceptable. I request the Finance team to immediately release my remaining $113.29 payout for Project ID 880495.

Had issues with cancelling a subscription. contacted support and they were able to handle what I couldn't manage in 1 full month in about 6 minutes. they were friendly, and straight to the point.

Dazai was very helpful and quick to solve my payment issue after having to fail multiple times. very patient as well as i had to reach out to my card holder issuer at the same time. i was frustrated but that quickly dissipated after his service :)

Update: Xsolla replied here asking me to contact support. I already did (request #9980824), sent every document requested, and got a template refusal with no explanation of what was detected. I'm still waiting for either the reward or the actual evidence behind the refusal.

I completed an Xsolla Quest offer that was very simple: create an FDJ account and make a 5 euro deposit. I did exactly that and never received the reward.

I opened a ticket, sent every document support asked for (including the installation date), and waited 10 days. Then support refused the reward for "suspicious activity", claiming I used several accounts or a VPN.

I live in France, the offer is available in France, and FDJ verified my identity and address in France. I had no reason to use a VPN and I used only one account. When I asked what was actually detected, I got no details, just a template message telling me to start a new quest.

Be careful with these quests: you do the work, and the reward can be refused without any proof. Take screenshots of every step if you try one.

Très mauvais service pour eux qui réclament des gemmes gratuits pour les jeux,des que tu est rendue dans les grosse récompense j'ai contacté et depuis plus de 10 jours a passé toujours rien aucune reponse et pas de suivie. Je remercie xsolla pour m'avoir fais perdre 300 h de jeux pour rien

Ich habe exakt das gleiche Problem, wie Andreas Roos. Auch mir wurde von dem Rückerstattungsmanager bestätigt, dass ich die gekauften Coins für das Spiel nicht erhalten habe und ich mich an Xsolla wenden soll. Dieser Beweis scheint Xsolla aber nicht wirklich zu interessieren und zahlt mir das Geld nicht zurück.
Finger Weg von diesem Dienstleister!!!
Zum Glück habe ich den Kauf über PayPal abgewickelt und hab diese bereits eingeschaltet.
Aber Nachrichten von Fa. Xsolla regen einen nur auf und sind in keinster Weise hilfreich

No problems, just expensive....few reasonable discounts for quick losses. Too easy to lose money, but games are fun.

Unacceptable 3-week delay on missing Blockpost gold

I completed the offerwall task "Pengudoku" honestly and strictly according to the rules back on 21.09.26, but Xsolla has been ignoring my support ticket for weeks. I already sent an email to with all the ironclad screenshots and proof attached, but received absolutely no help. My User ID is 2478447. I demand that a manager looks into my case immediately and manually credits my missing gold. If this is not fixed promptly, I will continue to escalate this complaint.
