Shocking customer service,late replies if st all ! Glasses were lost or damaged due to them using Evri as a courier,then told they would make up new glasses ,but now haven't got frame colour now in stock that I originally ordered !!! More delay ,,,then glasses arrive and their blurry can't read in them ,meant to be multifocal !! Told the person on the WhatsApp link and was basically told I'm wrong ,so nothing for delay and no refund!when I've asked again, also asked before the second pair were sent out , save your money and Avoid this company !!! I've screen shot my conversation with them and will be posting that if they don't refund me for these useless glasses,I've now added to this today 10/08/2026 as you can see the reply from seaye that said they'd be in contact,,, suprise suprise I've heard nothing they're made no attempt to contact me with a solution!!!

I bought my 3rd pair from this company. Their service is very good and quality and price of products are very good too.

Kept well informed even changed order after ordering as I put wrong type of lense and best bit quicker than boots and half the price of darkening lense from boots

For the price you can't go wrong! I ordered a pair of presciption glasses with photochromatic lenses. Very good value! The delivery took a bit longer than was advertised, but generally I am very happy and would purchase again from this company

Fairly good service though first choice of frame was ‘broken’ and unavailable second choice then took a while for delivery here now and so far seem good as a spare pair.

This is the second time I have used this company and once again the service was excellent. Spectacles are good quality, prescription accurate and price very good. I would highly recommend them.

I have a relatively low single vision prescription but plus in one eye and minus in other (after lens exchange).. I ordered these glasses as they were a very low cost photochromic price. I am very pleased with the vision & the frame design & fit. The lenses are clear and unmarked and darken well in the sun. There was a LOT of follow up on whatsapp (advice on overseas delivery timescales, making sure I was happy with glasses etc).. ordering was very simple and the website is clear.... tbh I can't fault them.. and for the price, they aren't any different to many more expensive pairs I have had in the past. At current prices I will be probably be ordering more just to have fun changing frame colours and styles. 😁 thanku 🌻

Very pleased with my new glasses which arrived yesterday.I am still getting used to them as they are a stronger prescription. The website was easy to use, with a lot of choice for frames and selection for lenses ,I uploaded my prescription. The prices are unbelievable compared to opticians. I also received amazing service with frequent WhatsApp messages updating me on order, delivery and after care. I also received a phone call to talk through any issues I had. It’s so nice and refreshing to receive reliable good service.
I will give it time to get used to them and if still happy I will order a varifocal photogenic pair.

I was a bit hesitant about ordering online but these really are quality glasses at a great price. The frames are solid and fit perfectly and the lenses are absolutely spot on. I will be spreading the word and he using seaye again definitely.
