Hard to comment when I haven’t received. It’s been over a week and half I’ve called and emailed. No response. Would be grateful if I could get a response back.

Still waiting for the product to be delivered no further updates & had to rearrange client twice

Terrible been waiting for my items without any update, I mean if you charge £4.99 for postage it should be next day delivery not next week

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I bought £80 worth of goods. I used buy.com to pay and inputted my address . The name of my house was missing the company sent it anyway with Royal Mail. It was tracked so when they couldn’t deliver it. They returned to sender. Of course lkm have not received it. So I contacted them they said they wouldn’t contact Royal Mail to see where my goods are, they don’t have the man power, but proceeded with a lengthy 2 and fro what’s app chat with me all the time saying they weren’t prepared to chase the order with Royal Mail. I can’t contact them as I am not the sender just the receiver so I may as well have thrown my £80 in the bin. If you own a company you have to have take some responsibility for when things don’t go to plan and I believe chasing a parcel a customer bought in Good faith is one of them. Do not waste your money here. There are far more reputable companies to use x
I suggested they look at there other poor reviews on trust pilot. They said not bothered still scored as great with 3 8. Most companies would strive for 5. This is the type of people you are dealing with !!

Since I became an Aesthetic Practitioner, I chose LKM as a supplier and I am very happy with the service and the products. Also the shipping is always accurate and efficient.

Didn’t receive it and when I contacted them they told me to try royal mail! That was it!

I’ve been ordering from LKM Aesthetics Supplies for my aesthetic practice for some time now, and I’m always very happy with their service. The products are consistently high quality and exactly as described. My most recent order was a skin booster, and once again everything arrived promptly and well packaged.

Royal mail did not go into collect the goods so did not get on the next day delivery as expected. As The tracking was not updating i emailed them. A gentlemen did ring me back to advise it was unfortunately going to be the next day for delivery. Was good they did contact me to keep informed

Customer service none existent! Made an order for 2 boxes of filler over a week ago 24 hour tracking and still not been sent out to royal mail! Scammers!

Amazing product and fast delivery

I have used LKM Aesthetics Supplies several times now and they are always a great company. Good range of products, fast shipping, packaged well and when iv had queries they have always been really helpful.

Probably the worse customer service I have ever received they delivered part of my order when I complained they told me I was trying a scam disgusted never again would I use them and will be notifying all my aesthetic friends and students as I run an academy
