The build quality of Scribe wheels is absolutely brilliant. I’ve got three pairs now and they are so responsive and fast. You can feel the difference on climbs. They also spin incredibly freely. I’ve got Hunt carbon 50s wheels and a pair of Rovals and these are way better.

I wanted a nice, fast set of rim brake wheels and found Scribe. These wheels fit the bill perfectly. They're lighter than my Mavic Ksyriums too, and what's even better, they use standard spokes unlike the dreadful Mavic ones. Highly recommended wheelset.

Needed some replacement spokes for a rear wheel. Very quick and thorough communication about the crash replacement pricing. Every time I've had a question the answer came back right away (given the time difference between US and Ireland). Delivery of both the wheels and replacement spokes was within a week!

I am really happy with the performance of the wheels. Look great as well!

Good Service, very easy and fast Communication

Great wheels, fast shipping to Denmark, and excellent customer service.

The tubeless valves that come with the wheels were temporarily out of stock, but the team responded quickly to my emails and kept me updated throughout. As soon as the valves were back in stock, they shipped them straight away.

I bought the Elan 50 SL wheels, and they both look and feel incredible on the bike. They were a fantastic upgrade. I couldn’t find another wheelset with similar specifications and weight anywhere near this price point.

Service is good. Communication is a bit curt. Never answered a question I had asked, which meant I bought a part in the hope it would be correct (it was) but still a chance I had to take.

Edit: Just to add to this so there no confusion with my mention of being curt above, I did receive & read the email but my question had still not been answered to allow me to make a confident decision with the parts I needed to purchase. An email before the response posted here would have been more professional & corteous.

Just wanted to leave an honest review about my expertise with Scribe. I was in communication regarding a new set of carbon wheels. There were issues and delays with shipping that meant I couldn’t get the wheels in time. I had pre paid the full price and as soon as delivery was delayed I was contacted to explain the situation. I was given a full refund immediately. The communication and information provided was fist class. I couldn’t have asked for more. It was a shame that I wasn’t able to complete the purchase but I would have no hesitation in buying again or recommending scribe.

The wheels are top line, look good, spin freely. It's a pity the 365's were not the same. Ran them for one season and took them off, but the Race wheels look really good.
Being really cheeky here, do you have any race wheels rim brake type kicking about in your warehouse? I would be very interested if you did. Thanks.

Disappointing quality. Wheels were good out the box, but within 6 months and not a huge amount of milage I have had issues with my rear hub and bearings in both wheels. I use the wheels for racing and the rear hub issues ruined a race result recently.

Had previously heard good things about the customer service, but was informed that bearing issues can be expected after ~1000km of riding (?). Lack of ownership, and a bit frustrating.

I have ridden lots of different wheels, and have rarely had issues with hubs or bearings. Certainly not with such little milage.

Honest recommendation for those looking for new wheels is to stay clear. Whilst the wheels may seem like good value, the quality clearly isn't there.

I don't really have a solution, will likely need to purchase new bearings and a new freehub/freehub body. Hoping its not a full rebuild job...

I hope others have had a different experience to mine.

Good customer service and great product!

Just bought the Core SL 5 and even though I had to wait a couple of weeks, the wait has been worth it. I have paired the wheels with Conti GP5000 32mm clinchers with TPU inner tubes and they ride better than every other wheel that I have (Roval, Giant etc)
More importantly they feel fast, comfortable and agile.
If these are their mid range wheels I can’t wait to get their top spec wheel set in the not too distant future.
I’d highly recommend Scribe wheels.
