Thank you for your response and for arranging the $100 refund.
However, I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with how this order has been handled.
The issue for me is not simply the refund or the additional $20 gesture; it is the overall experience and, particularly, the lack of communication throughout the process.

I placed my order back in June and have already waited a considerable amount of time to receive these wheels. Despite this, the wheels were ultimately dispatched without the wireless pressure sensors that I specifically selected and paid for as part of my order.
What is particularly frustrating is that nobody contacted me before dispatch to explain that the sensors were unavailable or to ask whether I was happy to receive the wheels without them. The decision was simply made on my behalf.

In fact, I only discovered that the sensors were missing because I contacted Scribe myself after receiving the wheels to ask where they were installed. If I had not followed up, I'm not sure when I would have been informed.

When choosing a premium wheelset, the decision is based on several factors: specifications, features, price, brand reputation, after-sales service, and the overall customer experience.
You compare different brands and eventually choose the product that offers the complete package you are looking for.

When some of those factors start changing after the purchase, particularly without any communication, you naturally start questioning whether you made the right choice.

I fully understand that manufacturing and supply delays can happen and that some circumstances are outside Scribe's control. What is within Scribe's control, however, is communication with the customer.
After waiting since June, I would have expected someone to contact me and say, "The sensors are currently unavailable; would you prefer to wait, receive the wheels now without them, or discuss another solution?"
That would have been completely reasonable.

Instead, I received an order that was different from what I purchased, without being told, and then had to follow up myself to discover why.

For me, buying from a brand is not only about the physical product. It is also about trust, communication, after-sales support and how the customer is treated when something does not go according to plan.
These are exactly the things that differentiate a brand from the many other established wheel manufacturers available today.

Unfortunately, despite finally receiving the wheels, my experience with Scribe so far has been frustrating and disappointing, particularly after such a long wait.

I appreciate the apology and refund, but I wanted to make sure this feedback reaches the appropriate person at Scribe,
because I believe the issue goes beyond the missing sensors and should be taken seriously from a customer experience perspective.

The wheels are very light and stiff. I felt right away a big difference in all aspect of my ridding. I'm from Canada and the wheels were deliver one week later with no adding fee. Customer service is amazing!

I have been using Scribe wheels for a couple years now. I have really been impressed with the build quality of the wheels. What separates the brand from other brands is the performance to price ratio. You get top end performance at a lower pricing point. To top it all off, the team at Scribe offer good after sales service, follow up emails, and ensure that you get the correct spares or upgrade components that match your wheel set.

L'acquisto è conseguenza del degrado dell'alluminio nella zona dei nippli secondo Scribe dovuta a reazione galvanica, quindi un acquisto un po' forzato ma a condizioni molto ragionevoli. Le ruote come sempre sono belle, come di consueto arrivate con un certo ritardo rispetto all'ordine. Rispetto al vecchio stock non sono più previsti adattatori per dischi 6b, raggi di scorta e assi QR; quindi sono sostanzialmente comprese le sole valvole. In generale l'acquisto è stato "forzato" e non entusiasmante neanche nella performance di fornitura e nella dotazione... Senza infamia e senza lode...

Die Laufräder für das Gravelbike sind absolut top. Leicht, super verarbeitet und schönes Finish. Die Lieferzeit von einem Monat war etwas lang. Dafür habe ich dann einen Gutschein über 50€ bekommen, den ich beim nächsten Laufradsatz einsetzen kann. Das ist absolut top.

the Gravel Ultra was a great purchase. the team went above and beyond to get the wheelset to me, and a special thanks to Lindsay for all the assistance.
only done 3 rides but they have been flawless. stable in the wind, and nice and wide. the hub sounds REALLY loud at home but actually isnt too hectic out on the road.
