friendly and polite staff when ordering and also on delivery of fuel. I was told when to expect the fuel and then updated just before delivery.
Oil erdered and delivered within 48 hours. You can't beat that for service. On a down side spent 15 minutes arguing with a computer while trying to order oil. Sooner you go back to a human that answer... Vis mer

From ordering through to delivery, the service was excellent. Communication was clear throughout, with helpful text updates confirming the expected delivery time.

Pleased with updates
When I ordered fuel .couldn't be told a price for reasons to do with the price fluctuating.
I was okay with this as I needed fuel.
I was told a date and I got a txt telling me the price before hand to ask if I still wanted it.
It arrived on the day stated .
So was kept upto date

My review is not great
Web link that failed to operate correctly.
A very unhelpful response to my initial telephone call.
A failure to prioritise us as we have been told in the past would happen, resulting in our having to switch off central heating and Rayburn for a week.
When the delivery was made the driver did not announce his presence and left the delivery note in an inappropriate place which I didn't notice for several days.
However, I would have given 10 stars to the lady in your Inverness office when I visited to see if I could sort things out. She was excellent.

Missed two promised delivery dates
Missed two promised delivery dates. Missed delivery date for previous order too. It makes it very difficult to judge when to place an order. Drivers courteous and helpful though.

Garbage and rip off service
Very poor as when ordered was told the price was around 70 to 75 pence per litre. Delivery a week later and bill came in at 99 pence per litre. Consequently I will buy my kerosene from another supplier next time even if they are dearer as I could have got the oil for 85 ppl. So do not listen to them when they say they will always look after you, garbage

Disappointed with the length of time between order and delivery.
