friendly and polite staff when ordering and also on delivery of fuel. I was told when to expect the fuel and then updated just before delivery.
Oil erdered and delivered within 48 hours. You can't beat that for service. On a down side spent 15 minutes arguing with a computer while trying to order oil. Sooner you go back to a human that answer... Vis mer

Order missed and another to wrong address.
Order missed the delivery slot and when I phoned to chase it up was told it had not been placed, despite me having the order number sent by text which the operator could see on her system. New order was to take another 2 weeks which to be fair got rectified to 5 days. Ordered a fox radar which was sent to the wrong address despite double checking the delivery address for the unit twice.

You refused to give price when we made…
You refused to give price when we made order despite request, against your own policy . A subsequent call asking for price was declined and you gave a date when we would notified of price which you did not meet. Your charges were profiteering as the oil you provided us with was purchased when prices were a lot lower. The time you took for delivery was far longer than all previous orders and your own delivery driver said he was no busier than normal. We will not be be using you again

As usual the overall performance of this company was superb.
The staff in the central office are very friendly and helpful so no problems in ordering oil and arranging deliveries
The delivery driver completes the delivery very quickly, and has now become a friend, I enjoy the visit.
