After you dropped your price by about 25p I still paid more per litre than what Gleaner was charging,we also have Oilfast competing for the Islay market, they appear to be cheaper than Gleaner

I couldn't give 5 stars as I find the rigmarole of placing a phone order too long and unnecessarily complicated. Back in the day when it was still B P, I could just call the depot and place my order within a minute. Progress? I think not. However I find the operators pleasant to talk to.

I have been a long standing customer of Scottish Fuels for 25 Years, but I do expect the best price for showing my Loyalty, and I do feel I shouldn't have to telephone to get the price or being ask first have I checked with other suppliers. I have given loyalty and I think I should expect it back.

Oil erdered and delivered within 48 hours. You can't beat that for service. On a down side spent 15 minutes arguing with a computer while trying to order oil. Sooner you go back to a human that answers the better. Seriously thought of going to another supplier just because of this.

If you receive an order for regularly timed oil orders, for specific amounts of litres , to which you have agreed, do not change either the delivery dates or the amounts of litres without contacting the customer.
I have experienced both the above recently.
