This company took on my case for £600 knowing full well that the foreign transfers of nearly £10,000 I made to crypto scammers from my bank was not covered by the Contingent Reimbursement Code (CRM). Therefore they knew from the onset, that the ombudsman would not find in my favour. As they knew this information before taking the fee, that was deception and will consider recovery through the European small claims court. If you're in the UK, use a solicitor that specialises in scam recovery. They will be honest with you. Avoid this scam,as they know that banks won't refund foreign transfers from your account, but Scamhelp will take your money anyway.

posso ripetere l`esperienza citata precedentemente: sono trascorsi 11 mesi da quando ho affidato la pratica a loro, mi fu detto che ci sarebbero state buone probabilità di recuperare se non tutto ma in parte il capitale ; hanno preparato solo una lettera, a tutt'oggi non mi dicono nulla e mi chiedono se qualcuno si è messo in contatto con me. Chiedo di aggiornarmi sulle procedure che stanno adottando ma non danno risposte concrete. Trasmetto Loro ogni contatto ricevuto e mi dicono solo che si tratta di truffatori.
Non vorrei che anche Loro rientrino in questa categoria.

Sono passati tanti mesi non ho una risposta precisa se recupero del denaro va avanti o non e mai iniziato perché prima di firmare il contratto mi avevano detto che mio caso e facile recupero speriamo che sia verità o fregatura.

Got around 70% of my loss recovered within 4 months (keeping in mind their fees it is actually around 50%). A bit pricey from my point of view, especially since they don't guarantee any results.

Happy that I chose to open my case with Scam Help. Edan was very helpful from the beginning, he explained the process in a very precise way, so I had only to hand over all the documents to them and they started the process on my behalf. It required my involvement in certain stages, but all in all, the absolute majority of the work was done on their end.
I have to post some documents to my bank, etc. Everything went just fine, even though the bank initially refused my claim. Scam Help got the regulators involved and then they put some pressure on my bank which resulted in partial recovery. I really appreciate your assistance!

There did very well to recover my money,all the amount has been covered totally from my first Bank and around 13% from the second bank Has coverd and the company keeping working hard to cover the remaining amount. Special thanks to Kathrein who managed all the emails and letters and did very well to help me cover my money.

I contacted scamhelp after being the victim of a sophisticated scam. I was a bit hesitant at first as I didn't want to loose more money but speaking to them I decided to engage them, I was glad I did as they recouped the total amount plus interest. In light of my experience I would recommend them; they guided me through every step of the process. It does take time, but be patient.

Ho aspettato 8 mesi prima di scrivere questa recensione, sperando fino all'ultimo di non essere stato truffato anche da loro.
Dopo avermi detto che il mio caso aveva ottime possibilità di essere risolto, e avermi chiesto 3200 euro per gestire la pratica, più il 10% di eventuali recuperi, sono sostanzialmente spariti. In 8 mesi ho ricevuto solo 2 lettere, peraltro palesemente tradotte in italiano da un traduttore automatico, che ho dovuto inoltrare io alla banca e al provider dove ho acquistato la criptovaluta: Lettere che ovviamente sono state ignorate. Non hanno fatto niente per cercare di recuperare i soldi da chi mi ha veramente truffato.
Dalla prima lettera alla seconda sono passati 4 mesi, durante i quali non hanno mai risposto alle mie richieste di aggiornamento sullo stato della pratica. Anche dopo la seconda lettera sono spariti, rispondendomi che stavano ancora lavorando e che il mio caso era ancora aperto, solo dopo che gli ho scritto che avrei passato contratto e carte al mio avvocato. Sono passati nuovamente 3 mesi, senza nessuna notizia.
Prima mi chiedevo come facesse chi fa il truffatore di mestiere a dormire la notte sapendo che sta rovinando delle persone, adesso mi chiedo come facciano questi, che infieriscono su chi è già stato truffato.
Ho copia del contratto, di tutte le conversazioni via Whatsapp e di tutte le email, la mia recensione si basa su fatti e prove.
Evitate accuratamente di rivolgervi a questi signori, se non volete perdere altri soldi
