My definition of a scam company is twofold. One is a company that is pure fraud, which Transparent Business Solutions, also known as Scam Help is not. The next definition to me, is a company who overinflates their abilities, their success rates, and what the likelihood of their success in your case in order to syphon thousands of dollars from you. THAT is what Scam Help/Transparent Business Solutions is. I have gone through the trouble of becoming a verified reviewer, JUST to make sure I help protect people from this shady company. It is easy for a company to create false positive reviews on this site. I can't change this modern culture of scammers, but it's now my life's work to protect as many as I can. If they manage to get this review removed, I'll write another. I will dedicate an entire social media channel to this experience if I have to, I already have the handle and the social expertise to grow the account, it was that bad.
Here's what happened. My brother and I were in a pig butchering crypto scam, and my brother lost a total of 202,000. For the price of just over 9,000 TBSBV claimed that they could recover the money. I was very hesitant after just experiencing fraud with foreigners, but they invest heavily in convincing you, and I was desperate to see my brother recover any amount of his life's savings. This company did a crypto tracing report which I could have gotten much cheaper, and wrote one letter to some of the exchanges. The only other thing they did was craft a spelling error filled letter to someone in the FBI to send on my behalf. Does that sound like 9000 dollars worth of work to you? I met them approaching two years ago. I have receipts for everything I'm saying. Then they disappeared. I only heard from them when I wrote a review 5 months ago which they had removed because I used names. There are now no names in this review. But honestly, if you guys try that again, I will reach out to social media influencers and create a social media viral post on this myself. I am very honest, and very compelling. My last review was widely read. Only the worst human beings on earth would prey on people who have already lost everything. People stay silent because they are ashamed that they already got scammed once, those days are over for me. I will not be silenced.

Trustpilot does not allow you to reply to that, so know this: The first thing this company did when they saw the review was flag it for "harmful or illegal content" So it was temporarily removed. Upon human review Trustpilot overruled them. Scam Help/Transparent Business Solutions DOESN'T WANT THIS REVIEW HERE! You can see by the time lapse of my review to their reply that there was a process. This time, these people did not even reach out to me directly they went straight for damage control with the PR move of posting their reply here. If you get scammed by them or believe anything they tell you after reading this that would be extremely unfortunate.
Second Edit: Welp, if we are going to do this let's get the facts straight. This review with no changes was restored by Trustpilot on May 9th, Scam Help/TBSBV replied today May 14th. I guess it's PR day at their company. My original review was written in September of 2023, and I heard from this company only to respond to the review (hadn't heard form them in a while) In April of 2024 my review was removed for use of names and I immediately became verified and wrote another review of my experience. There have been no efforts on my case for so long I can't remember, and frankly there was never much effort on the case. What I got was a lot of false assurances of their ability, and that they were "taking this case seriously." If I can save even one person the money, time and misery I had working with these people I will write a review every day.

another scam
This is a second time that I’m writing them a review, last time they told me to remove it and promised to do better, but nothing happened!
I was a stupid victim of a bitcoin scam, I reached out to them and they encouraged me to pay them fast cause these are timely matters! It’s been two years and all they did was to write some letters to my bank and keep asking me to send them! I lost my money & 10k to these people on top of that! It’s hard to believe you lost your money but just accept it and move on! Don’t pay these people on top of that!
P.S: Their response is not true! They didn’t contacted anyone, they wrote a letter and asked me to send it to bunch of government agencies that I’ve already contacted right after the scam, without any results! I reached out to them since they told me that government agencies get a lot of complaints, and without our support no one is going to consider your case!! Their services worth nothing! Absolutely nothing!!
They sent me a tracing of digital wallets, I could do that myself! Having a digital wallet information doesn’t worth anything!
Lengthy letters with similar contents worth nothing!! They kept telling me that they have experience, they have done this before successfully, they were just lying! SCAM SCAM SCAM! Stay away from them!

Quite disappointed
I am not happy with the service I received from this company.. At the start of the process I asked the company to explain how they will recover money that I transferred to the scammer via crypto exchange. Unfortunately, the explanation they gave was not very clear. However, I was so desperate to get my money back that I went ahead anyway. I paid a fee of £900, that I cannot justify in any way.. They asked me to send emails to the scammer to give my money back..its obvious the scammer would never give money back... Later they approached banks accusing them of assisting the scammer and demanding for the money back... The letter I was asked to send to banks to recover the money was very unprofessional and contained incorrect information. Most of the things, I had to follow up on myself rather than scam help... Few letters are not worth of £900...thos company should return my money as their service was not adequate at all... Instead of progressing further with this company, I decided to approach Refundee and they manged to get some money back in a professional manner.

6-months duration & counting the days for my investment return
Great communication between all ScamHelp members from the sales liasion, customer service and ScamHelp partners who understands the Cryptocurrency fraud market and the criminal element of frauds located in non-US countries. Although, it is expensive but they get results on crypto tracings, and court document writeups for international judicial system. I was led as a pig-slaughter scenario and not by an Asian beauty but my greed in money and vast investments. After the fraud occurred, I hired ScamHelp out of many companies i interviewed but selected these guys for their communication and reviews such as this where it counted. I hired ScamHelp in 2 stages so that i can be confident that these guys say as they do.
