Completed with care, ease and enthusiasm for a successful service.

Rapid and efficient installation. In and out within 30 minutes, very neat job, up and running without issue. Highly recommended.

Super professional and smashing. Tom completed the job in no time and was very flexible to requests.

Great communication, timely service and a great installation and explaination.

Constantly kept up to date by phone and email with scheduling of my Starlink installation which was delayed twice due to equipment availability from Starlink.
The engineer was fast, efficient and polite. Quickly identifying which bracket was required and installed it without any fuss. The whole install took about 30 minutes. I was very impressed and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had my Starlink installed by them very easy and professional, the guys know the process inside out!

The installation went very well and they were very quick and tidy in setting up the equipment and wiring.
There was quite a wide window for the timing of their arrival (6 hours) and I wonder if that could be shortened in future.

Brilliant service. Always kept in touch regarding timing of installation and very professional service. Thank you.

The company was prompt in its communication. The technician was amazing. Very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. Installation was handled professionally and quickly with no fuss.

Very friendly and helpful. Quick and tidy work

Richard was brilliant. Very thorough explanations and very professional, friendly and efficient. Absolute credit to the team. Couldn't fault a thing. Managed to find us just fine as well out in the middle of nowhere

Really easy to book and they even managed to fit us in earlier than eclectic die to a cancellation. Cam messaged 30 mins before. Professional installation, knowledgeable and friendly and boom, one hour later, it was done. Highly recommend.

Good communication to schedule the appointment and a professional installation.

I used sat-works to put a Starlink dish up at my property. I was apprehensive as me and my partner have no capacity to take time off from our jobs during the week and often we are waiting months for appointments to sort things with the house. I got in contact with sat-works about this and their customer service was amazing. They gave no promises, but made sure they would pass this on to the engineer, who text the night before to say he would be at our property just after we finished work. Richard, the installer was professional, honest, provided an excellent service and made sure we were happy with placement of the dish. I would recommend sat-works and Richard to anyone looking to have something similar done.

Very professional and explained everything along the instalation.
Friendly and down to earth, he even played with the dogs (he didnt have much choice with my lot pestering him) even they were very comfortable with him (they eventually gave in and slept a few hours after)

Moving to the sticks with zero signal it has made our connection to the world easier.

Thank you so much for your help and support.

Friendly manner and very knowledgeable on the install process installation was clean and looks amazing

The installation was done by Ryan who was an exceptionally polite and professional man. He took his time to ensure that all of my devices worked and were converted to Starlink. The service I have received has been second to none I would give Starlink a 10 out of 10 for their quality of service

Company were quick to communicate with, and scheduling an appointment was done with ease.
Engineer messaged the evening before with a time slot and the fitting was carried out professionally, cleanly and with incredible diligence!

Kyle, the installation engineer was a excellent ambassador for the company. Polite, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient.
The installation was performed without a hitch and the equipment is working very well.

Good friendly engineer. Process was quick. And he was tidy.
