The engineer who came to do my installation of Starlink satellite was absolutely brilliant. Not only was he kind and courteous he also had a great sense of humour. The installation at mine wasn’t easy at all and plans had to be altered many times. But there was no complaining and he was more than happy to do it. Once all the work was done, he did not just leave he made sure that everything was up and running and we were meeting the speeds necessary. 5/5. 100% Recommend.

Maya at Satworks kept me fully updated by phone and email and managed to speed up Starlink's delivery of the equipment which kept being rescheduled.
Installation was great too the chaps were friendly knowledgeable and efficient.
An all round great experience and we are thrilled with the speed of Starlink in comparison to Plusnet.

Brilliant people and company to deal with

Well what a service I had given up as I thought the signal was too weak (Stately Home) lots of obstacles, I had boxed the unit up to send back, then I was offered the free option for a technician to have a look.

Then Paul came to look, well a while later were linked up getting the 100Mb I signed up for sooo superior to the Sky option we have had for years 26Mb, take the option to have a tech visit fabulous service thank you Paul and all.

Nice early start, whole Satlink installation took only 1 hour, very friendly engineer, all up and running by mid morning

I had Nick from satworks install my residential max package was great from start to finish and a very polite guy , also customer service was great from start to finish great communication, very happy 😃.

Did exactly what they said when they said, excellent company.

Good communication and installer arrived on time. However install quality was questionable, cable not fully sealed on external wall internal cable had no cable grommet fitted just a hole in the wall. Cardboard boxes and packaging left outside on garden table which had blown various packaging everywhere, also found a nail outside on the floor. Internal hole had a pile of dust under it and more packaging left next to it. Starlink works fine, just being a bit more tidy and attention to detail
