I was offered a complimentary professional installation service from Starlink, which after application put me through to Sat-Works.

Initially i was a little confused, mainly because i did not know Sat-Works handled Starlink installations in Ireland.

After a very pleasant and assuring string of emails with the Sat-Works booking team, the complimentary installation was confirmed and they worked extremely efficiently in booking the installation date.

I was kept up to date via email when the engineer would be at my property and what time. There was also helpful information to make sure we was prepared for the engineer.

Then engineer came from a company called Conway Tv, he was very professional, polite and more than efficient with the installation. After Starlink was set up, he talked me through the app, pointing out what to take note of, including how to setup the wifi correctly and troubleshoot general issues.

All in all, we are very happy witg the service provided. Sat-Works are a brilliant, professional and trustworthy company, who communicate well and handle every step of the process leaving you reassured of their competency. They work with top notch contractors who will make sure the job is done correctly, in good time and with little disturbance.

Booking experience good. Engineer arrived on time, and was very efficient with his work. He was patient and helped us to set up our App and phones and our mesh link box. He was polite and informative. Clean up good. Minor decoration required considering how thick our stone walls are. The internet speed is insanely good with the MAX service. Thank you.

An excellent experience from start to finish! Darren was friendly, professional and hardworking, and he made the whole installation process smooth and straightforward. I was initially advised of a 10–14-day wait, but the team called within just two days to arrange the installation, which was a very pleasant surprise.
