Engineer was polite, tidy and knowledgeable. New Starlink install looks great!

Fast, knowledgeable and professional.

Steve contacted us first thing in the morning and his arrival was prompt. There were no issues with the installation and he talked us through the set up on our phones. It was a very easy process. In less than an hour We now have fast internet better than our previous suppler.. Highly recommend their service. Many thanks to Sat-works.com

Helpful honest constructive engineer

Mark who came to install the equipment was absolutely amazing. My husband had just had his knee replaced and he couldn’t have been more patient with him while he was waffling on to him. Absolutely fantastic work x

The installation team were on time, kept us updated of when they would arrive and very professional with the Starlink installation. The bracket, satellite and cable unit was all neatly done, no mess and very respectful to our property.

I would be happy to use this team again.

Ordered a Starlink kit and paid for professional installation. Sat-works are their agents and arranged an appointment. Unfortunately on the day, the kit sent by Starlink ommitted the router when the kit box was opened. So the dish and cable were only able to be installed by their engineers.

Starlink then sent the router a few days later, but it was not giving a good enough signal. So they sent a new cable and bigger router. star-works revisited and finished the install.

Great communications throughout and a very professional install.

On time, polite and did the job as requested.

Would absolutely recommend Starlink, being out in the country side we had no end of problems with trying to get WiFi, but now with Starlink it's just brilliant 👏

Arrived within time scale, did his best to install the dish in the location we wanted. Polite courteous and left the area clean.

Quick delivery of kit, installation engineer came early, good communication, quick service, chatty, gave info about the WiFi etc. Thankyou

Installation was quick and in desired position we wanted. Arrived on time and completed installation very quickly, no mess and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Super service! Steve was fantastic, arrived when he said he would and fitted everything in good time, cleared up the bit of mess and headed on his way about 90 minutes later. An absolute super star. The communication and support from the admin team was excellent too! Highly recommend.

Anton was spot on, delivered a high quality service and was a fast and reliable install, sound guy deserves a raise, very glad to have him as my engineer
