Great products and delivery when expected, one of the sizes was wrong so got in touch with Julia who immediately sorted out a replacement.

Excellent customer service.

I ordered what I thought was the correct size bracelet, which arrived very quickly ! On receipt I tried it in but it was too small, my mistake 😢. I contacted Samos and they very generously agreed to send me a new correct sized bracelet for free! All I had to pay was postage and they let me keep the wrong one as well! Will deffo use them again

I have bought a number of bracelets from Samos for myself and freiends and family. We have always been very pleased with the service and of course the quality. I recently bought bracelets accidentally ordering the wrong size. When I contacted Samos they were wonderful in rearrarnging replacements.
I would highly recommend them.

I ordered one of their bracelets for my husband, but I ordered the wrong size. They were very responsive and helpful and the correct size was sent right away! Super thankful that they were able to work with me. The bracelet quality is very nice.

This is the second time I've had to contact customer services, not for any issues, but for damage to my Duero bracelet that was not the business's fault.

My initial purchase ran into some unfortunate shipping issues that left me frustrated. Fantastic customer service! I received compliments from work colleagues on my rope bracelets the 1st day wearing them at work.

Originally I ordered some bracelets and they were amazing! The colours were the same as depicted on the website. However I had ordered the wrong sizes for my partner.
I sent an email regarding an exchange and they did it easily! They even let me keep my original order, all J had to pay was shipping on the next order. Very grateful for the generosity and kindness they have at their company.

Having received my item, and wearing it straight away, after a couple of days the ends of the ties fell off, however , after notifying Julia of Samos of the issue the response was nothing short of first class, and 100% customer focussed. The item I have is the yellow and blue bracelet depicting the blue of the sky and the yellow of the corn fields, in short my heritage from my Ukrainian background. I love it!!!

Samos customer service was outstanding! When I reached out about a question with my order, they were responsive and super helpful. Iam so excited to give the bracelet I purchased to give it to my nephew- he is going to love it!!
