I cannot praise this company enough. I ordered the Astorga Bracelet. This was received in good time. The quality of the bracelet was excellent and it came in very impressive packaging.
The fit I ordered was too tight for me. When I contacted Samos I was delighted at their first class customer service and willingness to please, immediately agreeing to send out a larger size and Julia keeping in close touch throughout the whole process

This company is a scam, selling junk with photos that do not look like the real item you will receive. I paid $40 for a string tied with a knot, too short to fit over my hand. Also they are shipped from China through Yanwen Express not France like their website says. Does nobody have any honor anymore? Avoid this company

J’ai fait une commande, il y a eu un souci sur ma commande, j’ai tenté de contacter le service client pendant plus d’un mois, sans jamais recevoir de réponse de leur part.

Low quality products that broke within weeks of receiving. Replacement product also broke in same manner after which a refund was sought due to the product not meeting expectations.
Samos initially offered a 30% refund, followed by a 50% refund but refused to refund full amount unless product shipped back to a French address that is a countrywide rural residence. Then went completely silent and refuse to answer further emails.
Absolute sham of a business profiting from dirt cheap, grossly inflated, low quality Chinese items.
Do not trust at all despite their non-stop buy one get one free sales - simply buy the items yourself from Temu/AliExpress.

I have purchased two orders from Samos and the products are fabulous. They look great and are hard wearing. My last order came with a damaged product. Communications with customer service were quick and they have rectified the issue to my full satisfaction. I will be buying more products from them and would recommend them as a buyer.

forget about ever getting a refund. all that will happen is infinite run around from bots. stay away from Samos

They say that there is customer service and guarantees, but there is not.
The Jewellery drops to bits after a few months, and nobody responds to emails

The bracelets were lovely and look good on. Well made and nice finish.
But what stood out to me was the after care. I ordered a size too small on a bulk order. Not only did they offer to replace the products but they allowed me to keep the original’s which I thought was unique and a nice gesture.
Would definitely recommend and also use again!!

I initially ordered four items. Three were great but one had problems. Julia from Samos helped me troubleshoot, but when I still wasn't able to solve the issue, she promptly offered to replace the product with the same item or a different one, even helping with recommendations and setting up the exchange for maximum efficiency. She showed me that Samos genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. AND I love the products I've received!

Dissapointed so far. Ordered not shipped until 5 days after order and got a note to say shipping will take 8 - 20 days! Will now arrive late for a birthday.

Delighted to have discovered Samos. Their bracelets are really good quality and exactly what I’ve been looking for. I needed to go down one size as I over estimated, and changing was very easy, with a really good outcome.

Ordered an "Alberca" bracelet over a year ago and absolutely love it! I get many compliments from others on how cool it is. I wanted to have a spare so I took advantage of one of their sales and ordered 4 more! I ordered little larger size but found that they were actually too long. I contacted Samos for exchange instructions and Julia was very quick to respond and offer a quick and easy exchange, Very happy with Samos! Will look at their other offerings!

Customer service was outstanding! I had to return a couple of items due to sizing. Samos was super responsive. I was able to return two items and receive replacements with no issues. The rope and bead bracelets are exactly what I expected. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.
