I was really happy with customer service and the bracelets that I got, I love their products. Highly recommend

I ordered a bracelet. On arrival I was pleased with it as it looked great. The fit was a little tight but it went on ok. It then started to detach from my wrist on several occasions. Inevitably it came off one night and was lost forever! It was only a few weeks old.
I contacted Samos via email to explain that the magnetic clasp wasn’t great and was the cause of losing it. I wanted to give them the chance to explain, but after two emails, I’ve had zero response from them, so leaving a review here to warn others. It’s a pity about the clasp as the product was nice.

Everyone looking at Samos Jewelry reviews...Please read this. I can't say enough positive things. I have spent a few hundred dollars on a couple of purchases. I love the quality and looks of each bracelet. I had a small issue with one or two of the items and they simply replaced them within 24 hours. I will continue to do business with Samos Jewelry, it truly adds a lot to my appearance. :)

Back again to follow up my negative review of 20th September 2025.
Rashly assuming that Samos knew a centimeter from an inch, I ordered two bracelets, and paid £68.20 (incl p&p).
Over time, two separate packages arrived, each containing ludicrously small/short bracelets.
Having always kept open my communications with Samos, I tried to make clear what it was I wanted, and had now paid for.
My own initiative and my own expense - bracelets re-packaged and sent to an address which was on Samos's original wrapping, very clearly marked "Return Address", and appearing to be a perfectly proper conventional address.
They have continually disavowed this address, in spite of my photographic evidence, and accuse me of having been "creative" in my attempts to put things right from my side.
I guess this is a minor skirmish in the ongoing battle between people of trust and good faith, on the one hand, and small-time chisellers who get pleasure in separating folks from their hard-earned money.

Had an issue over delivery which was down to me , after a couple of days all resolved and very happy with service and quality . Would recommend

The simplicity of the design caught my eye. I like the colors and ordered 4 bracelets. When I received the bracelets, I ordered a smaller size. I reached out to their customer service and they are sending a larger size. I had to pay for shipping but they told me to keep the ones I received.

After buying multiple items and needing to make some sizing exchanges, Samos was unbelievably helpful and delivered outstanding service! I love their products because they are such high quality and sharp looking!

Never buy from them!!! Terrible service and never got my money back. They never sent me the correct size even after measuring my wrist and Julia doesn’t answer my emails anymore after sending my bracelets back for a refund.
Read carefully the one star rates as I’m not the only one being scammed.

I chose Samos for the simplicity of design. I have a number of beaded bracelets and wanted something a little less bulky. I certainly found what I was looking for through SAMOS. But what really made my buying experience something great was the fantastic customer service they provide. It's rare to find a company that really works to earn your complete satisfaction.

The product and ordering process met all my expectations. However, months later I noticed some rust in the magnetic clap. I assume this was due to wearing the bracelet in the shower. I quickly found the support email on the website and sent an email asking if the rust was common and how to clean it. I received a reply within 12 hours acknowledging that the bracelet is waterproof, but rust can form due to soap, shampoo or other chemicals. Without asking, I was offered a replacement bracelet at no cost, except to cover the shipping. I accepted. Customer service was polite, prompt and accommodating. Looking forward to receiving my replacement bracelet.
