Love the bracelets. Was just looking for something simple but cool and I love these! Also, had an issue with one of my orders and they were awesome to work with and helped fix the issue right away.

I ordered a wrist band for my husband but rushed the process and missed the size options. I ended up with a really small one. I emailed the company and they were quick to respond allowing me to get a replacement item of the correct size with me paying for the postage. All communication was clear and quick. The item itself is of good quality and as it looks online.

Don’t fall for this crap.

All of the positive reviews are fake and paid for. You can see some of the reviews still showing the template that this brand sends because people are not intelligent.

I ordered four bracelets from Samos Jewelry, really happy with all of them. I wear one of these bracelets almost on a daily basis now. Their designs are very good for daily wear.
Their customer service staff are great as well. When I ask them for order/shipping status, they were quick to reply. Very positive experience. Will certainly buy again.

I ordered a rope bracelet. When it arrived it was much thinner than I expected from the photos and the latch was very fiddly. I ask to return, and got a response that would they would only exchange. It is our legal right within 14 days "cooling off" period to get a full refund (Consumer Contract Regulations Act 2013, ...Any store policy that only offers an exchange for an online purchase within this period is void, as per Regulation 20 of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the guidance in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding unfair terms." ). I shared this, then was offered a final offer of a 50% refund. I am amazed given my legal rights they didnt just do what it the right and fair legal step which is to offer a return and a full refund. Annoyingly I will now have to report them to trading standards. A pain.

I’ve used Samos on a few occasions now and have always been impressed with the quality and design of their products and the price is decent too.
In addition I would also like to point out that there aftercare service is always first class and Julia is first class in addressing any issues you may have with your product. Have no hesitation in recommending them.👌

Do not buy from Samos unless you live in the US and if you are prepared to not get a refund if it does not fit. The rope bracelet I ordered (not good quality either) did not fit. The refund policy does not say if it does not fit, we cannot refund you. I was told I could only exchange and then had a shipping fee of £12.50 on top of that. It is not worth it. Would not recommend the quality.

Excellent product but even better service. I purchased a rope bracelet from Samos a couple of years back. Having previously purchased more expensive designer ones and had them snap and fail on me, I was pleased that 2 years later I can still wear my Samos. It now looks a bit tired so ordered a replacement along with more colours. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong sizes. After contacting Samos they easily and quickly helped me out and have sent me the correct size I need. Top quality company backed by even better service.

I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. From start of ordering the product to receipt of goods and follow up service has been excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering buying online.

Our Samos experience was a fantastic experience. I bought my partner a series of bracelets for our anniversary. I wanted them to be a surprise and wasn't able to get a proper measurement and they ended up being too large. I sent an email explaining my dilemma and Julia was absolutely amazing. Prompt responses, personalized customer service and they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. The jewelry itself was beautiful and the quality is amazing. I will continue to buy jewelry from Samos. My partner loves his bracelets!!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE FROM ORDERING THE ORIGINAL ITEMS TO FIXING THE SIZE ISSUE AND GETTING THE NEW ONES!!

Incredible bracelet and amazing customer service. I had the bracelet for more than year and the locking latch broke. The magnet still worked but was afraid that I might lose the bracelet if accidentally snagged against something.

I reached out and told them the issue. They sent me a new one after sending them picture showing the problem. Wish all companies had this kind of service

I ordered 2 bracelets and both arrived well packaged and they look exactly as the photo on their site.
Unfortunetly they were the wrong size (my fault) but Julia from Samos replaced them promptly.
I will buy more from Samos for sure.

There aren’t enough good things I can about Samos. The jewelry is top-notch. It’s simple yet speaks volumes in regard to looks and quality. I’m always complimented how nice my bracelets look. Had a small issue with USPS during the shipping process, contacted Samos and within 12 hours Julia had it corrected and my order was on the way. Their customer support is second to none as well. (Thanks again Julia! You’re the best!!) This is my second piece from Samos jewelry and I look forward to getting the next piece I have my eye on.
