Purchased a coat over a month ago, it took over 2 weeks to arrive. I sent it back and after countless emails to their online contact form (at least 20) no response or refund. Their contact number also doesn't exist. I've resulted to slandering them on every platform possible.

Pretty bad customer service. They send me the wrong size of the product, so i did the return, it was a birthday present and i'm still waiting for my product, already pass 2 MONTHS.
Where is the sustainability?
I think the brand makes cool stuff that really suits my style but unfortunately the whole ‘sustainability’ thing that they claim as part of their brand seems to be no more than greenwashing.
The clothes came wrapped in layers and layers of plastic, smelled super toxic and there was already some loose seams on the brand new clothes (no better quality than H&M).
So this was a one time purchase for me, unless this brand makes a bigger effort in terms of sustainability.

It took a month for product to be delivered from 1st jan to 27th jan. I returned on 2nd February, they ignore all emails, the tracking stated on the 4th it had been returned and still they have my money. I don’t understand how they can’t see this kind of behaviour destroys businesses as it isn’t honest. I’ve now resorted to contacting my bank today to try and get my money back.
Do not order from RVCA
I ordered four items over a month ago but did have said that the parcels were sent with the wrong address and customs details so can’t deliver it. They tried to contact RVCA for the correct details but have received nothing on return. I have asked RVCA for refund via email 3 times but they won’t respond. Can anyone advise me on what to do? So I placed a order almost a month ago and have sent 6 emails to them regarding a error on my order regarding my email address, I have asked them to correct my email address and for them to send my tracking information but with every response it’s a copy and paste answer that doesn’t answer my question or request. I don’t know what else to do apart from going to my back and cancel my payment.

ok, after two orders that I gave that company poor review I must be honest and give one 5 star review for the third order. I already gave up and they emailed me a full refund for my last order, so I said let's see now, made an order and 4 days after I got it and this time the items suit me perfecttttttttttt.

Sent items by tracked post for a refund more than a month ago. I emailed the customer service team - no response. I also emailed the seller directly through PayPal and currently awaiting on a response there too. Please avoid this company.
Review of RVCA Europe - oldschool online shop
Ordered from the German site and shipping was fast. However, for return there is a sticker saying you have to cover the shipping costs and the adress is in Belgium which would be 12€ for shipping. Took almost a week to figure out with the support how to return for free. A label sticker with free shipping on it would be much less confusing and more comfy than printing.
The quality of the pants were below average quality for the price. Had better buys at RVCA in the past.
Pig slop customer service
Just wanted to say how Un-America and poor your customer service is. It’s gives the company a bad name. I’ve googled and found how horrible their ratings are on several platforms. Whoever is running the company is obviously not running it. Maybe he’s out surfing or something but not good.
It seems as if you’re just taking peoples money and tossing them to a elementary customer service dark corner. Disgusting and gross. Impersonal and vague. Sloppy. Unsatisfactory. Sad and poor.
Not clear with returns
Not clear with returns. On the banner it says free returns, but only if you click on it does it clarify that you must pay through PayPal to get this service. Not very impressed, won't be shopping here again.

Disgustingly non-existent customer service and poor clothes quality. It’s over 6 weeks since I first contacted RVCA regarding the poor quality of 2 items I received. No response for a month, then an automated email to say I to call their dedicated customer service line or to reply to the email if I still needed assistance (since the clothes didn’t miraculously mend themselves I do). I did both. The phone line doesn’t call out and I’ve now received the same email reply again. Appalling.
Delivery never arrived and RVCA do not reply to emails…
Recurring customer with RVCA and usually great service With deliveries and if returns when I’ve had issue with sizes. However, my latest delivery never arrived and the tracking update says delivered - I’ve emailed several times to bother Rvca and the delivery provider with no answer. I’m very frustrated as I have never had issue before and have recommended Rvca to many friends.
Please refund or provide purchased goods.
Slow delivery & poor customer service
Slow delivery and they suddenly reduced price of my item less than 24 hours later, it still hasn't been despatched so surely they should honour the lower price??? No they just don't respond when you contact them, rude poor customer service, would not use again!!!

Poor customer service! Just needed to apply points to a purchase I had made since I’m a rvca insider. Couldn’t even credit my account for the shipping since I get it free. Just wanted my points applied. My wife had ordered and forgot to sign in. Item is pending so why can’t they just cancel it so I can order again or just apply points to my account. Are they not using computers. There is no way to add points to an account?! Instead they rather me wait for it to arrive and return it and order again. Yeah shipping is delayed so why would I do that. Just seems like a lack of customer service especially for the cost of their clothing. Their stuff is not cheap. Wish Hurley was still with Nike. Hurley, Volcom and Quiksilver customer service is on point. Rvca is not.

Worst shipping ever took over a month to get a simple T-shirt, why not put in first class mail, no they use UPS and then hand off to USPS. Poor tracking etc. Seems to have interesting merchandise but will think again when knowing shipping takes forever!
Absolutely Deplorable Customer Service. Stay Away.
I placed an order on 7/12 and it is now 7/21 and it’s still in pending status. I called and spoke to their customer service to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t cancel it because it would cause them to be backed up more than they already are. So let me get this straight... you haven’t picked or pulled my order, it hasn’t been shipped, and you’re refusing to cancel my order after sitting on it for 9 days? That’s really abhorrent customer service. Every other company ships within a 24-72 hour window, I asked to speak to a manager and they said management couldn’t cancel the order either. I needed my item for last weekend, and don’t need it any longer. I’ll never do business with RVCA or Billabong again.
